Muito bom produto feito em alumínio cumpre o que promete o único porém é que esquenta muito mesmo sem ter qualquer aparelho USB ligado apenas o cabo RJ 45 ele já esquenta

I bought this because I don't like being gouged by Best Buy, or Apple. They charge upwards of $50 and there were things at Best Buy closer to $100. All I needed was an RJ45 / ethernet and some USB ports to charge stuff. This takes care of that, was only $20 and is actually made of the aluminum like my Mac rather than that white stuff that Apple uses, or the plastic things at Best Buy. Very satisfied 😊

I've bought three of these now, one for each computer. They all work great. I've even run speed tests and they max out for my ISP. But what really amazed me was the customer service.The last unit I bought was intermittently dropping the ethernet connection on long Zoom calls with a screen filled with many video windows. In other words, extremely high bandwidth. My Mac Air was cranking to keep up. All other times, the Ethernet adapter was fine.It was past the Amazon return period so they said I would have to contact the supplier. I thought, "Well, that was the end of that."I was totally wrong! I contacted the supplier and they replied in less than 12 hours. They gave me a few simple suggestions to try. Which I did. And the unit would still sometimes, in that overload situation, drop the connection. I told the supplier. And they said, "No problem. We'll send a replacement." A few days later, I had a brand new unit. And it, like the other two I own has not glitched out.Thank you Lention for your amazing customer service. You were fast. Supportive. Gracious. Works as described on my Motorola G Power cell phone for ethernet connection instead of using Wi-Fi. Used it with USB thumb drive to transfer photos onto and off of the phone.Used it on an older Acer Aspire 7740-5691 for ethernet and photo transfer worked great. Needed to use an adapter to plug into the Acer. Used a female C to USB male adapter by Saillin Model #SL004 which also performed great.

This product works great when I have one USB 3.0 device connected. However, once I add more, it begins to slow down greatly. I used a wireless mouse, external drive, and a printer attached. The mouse lagged behind a lot and the external drive did take a long time to upload and save files, especially when I'm backing it up. However, when it's only one USB device connected, it worked just like it's normal. It does not slow down when using the ethernet port, which still works at 100 Mb/s, so there is a benefit for that. I recommend using this device mainly for the ethernet for a newer MacBook model. It also overheats really quick though.

Looks good and functions as expected. I plugged it in and it worked on my windows 10 laptop without any hassle. Wanted the network connection for large data transfers. The usb connections were an added bonus. I leave my external USB devices plugged into the Lention port. When I plug into my laptop's usb-c, everything is available.

This is a nice hub. My only problem is if I plug my wireless mouse dongle into it, it must be in direct sight line of my mouse to work. I mean literally no obstructions. Otherwise, ethernet works flawlessly, USB ports fine. Plugs into Thunderbolt port of new MacBook Air no problem. Nice product, just not for mouse.
