These are so bad... Arrived scratched and filled with voids all over the plastic that you can clearly see on camera. Extra star because I'm sure it protects, but at what cost? I know when I return these they will think it's from me using it...

Camera’s toast if you scratch that lens. It’s an action camera and some lens protection seems prudent if not necessary. Easy to install just line up the notch for the mic hole. Order with the camera.

These lens guards do a good job of protecting the Insta360 One X2 lenses from scratches, but they do introduce a bit of haze, especially in bright lighting. Pro tip: clean the guards regularly and avoid fingerprints to minimize the haze effect. Good for peace of mind, but not ideal for pristine image quality.

There is a very slight distortion that is to be expected whenever you cover your lenses with another piece of plastic. They are a little pricey for what they are, but they did save my camera. These days, I just use my insta360 as a dashcam for my motorcycle. I still don't know what hit it, but there was a definitive impact point and star pattern cracking on one of the covers. When I took it off, the camera lens was still spotless. That was testament enough for me and I bought another set the same day I found it cracked. This is more than enough reason for me to deal with the occasional slight distortion around the edges.
