いままで純正の三脚座にアルカスイス互換のプレートを装着していたが、ネジが緩むことがあり不便だったが、これは三脚座そのものがアルカスイス互換プレートなのでとても便利。ただ、レンズが白いので三脚座も白い方が良かった。

If you are looking for an arca swiss tripod plate compatible lens foot for the Sony 200-600, this is an excellent choice. It works well, and it is solid.

If you aren't taking your 200-600 with you on hikes, this is probably perfect for you. My main complaint is that the knob is needlessly large and makes it just a little bit harder to fit the lens in a bag without taking the foot off the lens. It feels like it is slightly heavier than the original foot and if anything is overbuilt, so I wouldn't mind shaving off a few more grams if there is ever a newer version of this.

I often rent a large 200 - 600 mm Sony lens, because I can't justify the price of owning. However the lens attachment doesn't work with my Arca Swiss tripod plate. So I purchased this attachment, which works extremely well. Thus removing the need for me to try to hold that long, heavy, cumbersome lens steady with my left hand.
