Before buying, I researched the best cutlery sets of 2024 on Google, and these were identified as being the best value for your dollar. I really like the style and shine. The handles are the perfect thickness and easy to grip onto. The number of place settings included in the box for this price is also incredible. The only thing that I am having to get used to is the main meal fork. Firstly, the new forks are longer than my old ones. The new forks being longer tend to slide easier off the plates when I’m carrying them from the table to the counter after a meal. Also, the large fork doesn’t pick up food as effectively. The spikes seem thicker and that makes it harder to stab food onto them. But, I highly recommend this cutlery set. Like I said: it’s a bang for your buck!

This silverware set has a nice subtle pattern, has a good weight to it and feels sturdy. They might feel a little heavy to some but I like that they feel solid. They are dishwasher compatible however I did notice that water spots show if you don't remove them and wipe them off right away. This is not a show stopper for me; I still like the set. AND, as a plus, there are options to order additional utensils that match the silverware.

Seriously, where do the spoons go? After noticing I was missing a few spoons, I was so happy to find that they sell a set of spoons separately. I thought I’d have to buy a whole new set. This are good quality silverware

I wanted to replace my flatware so ordered a set of this to see how I liked it. I wanted at least 16 place settings to allow for damage and loss over the years, but started with one set so I could see how it looked irl and how it washed.I was happy with the set so ordered a second. It came in a different box, and most of the pieces were noticeably lighter, except the knives which were a lot heavier and bulkier. Turns out my first set was manufactured in Indonesia (as per the item description) and the second was manufactured in Vietnam.I contacted Lenox to see if they still manufacture in both places, and they said they only manufacture in Indonesia now. Makes me wonder if Amazon got a "deal" to sell the old made-in-Vietnam flatware.I ordered two more sets trying to get one that was closer to my original and hopefully from Indonesia too, but all were from Vietnam. One set was closer in weight, so I ended up with two sets that look/feel similar.I'd be hesitant to give this as a gift though, but I guess most people probably just get 12 place settings, so it wouldn't be an issue. The Vietnam sets don't come in as nice of a box though - smaller, no display of one place setting like you'd find in a department store.

Bought this flatware at heavily discounted price on Amazon. Comparable price to cheap and nasty sets is what I paid, but reading reviews of this brand/product I thought to take a chance. The chance paid dividends, as it's good quality, solid, strong, and we'll finished flatware. This set was purchased to replace a smaller (48 pce) royal doulton set, which is to become our daily use cutlery, and is easily comparable in quality to that set.
