I keep reading reviews saying how watered down this product is. Yes, it is a thinner formula. But I have used the original (German formulation) previously, and it is absolutely NOT made to work in American machines. The original gets all gunked up and clogs the machine. This formula works perfectly with our HE machine - no clumps, no clogs… and all the softness and freshness I’d expect!

Your product is watered-down. I am from Germany and it is much thicker and not as thin as your product. A scam and I will order from different vendor going forward.
