I travel a lot to London and these work amazing! Love this and the fact it has USB-C chargers in it meant I didn’t have to carry the A/C block for the charging cables. If you are traveling to UK I highly recommend

I was traveling to Germany recently, and I wanted an outlet adapter for my CPAP (NEMA 5-15P plug type) and USB-C speed charging brick (NEMA 1-15P plug type). Both appliances have their own built in transformer, so I wasn't concerned about converting 240v to 120v with this item. Since the only transformer in the item is only for slow USB charging, it didn't get hot while in use. I was also able to use a North American style extension cord for my CPAP without issue. The USB ports worked well for what they are - I only charged my battery packs on the adapter. I also chose this model because it had the USB charging for not much extra $$$ and had the Type F style grounding clips for more versatility. The only thing I don't like about this unit is that the plug prongs don't fold down, and it is a little more bulky as a result. Packing it clothes was the solution for that as it wouldn't fit well in my tight CPAP bag. Overall, I'd recommend it if your needs are like mine.

This I got for my recent trip to Greece. I needed a male plug that fit the female outlets there perfectly. This does so and worked well. I powered my PC and because this plug is perfectly grounded unlike the usual 2-pin non-specific plug offered by other adapters, my PC's metal surface didn't thrum with electricity. Some people will know what I am talking about here. Yes, it means carrying an extra adapter but it was entirely worth it. I used the other adapter for other things (like charging my phone). An excellent and hardy addition to my armamentarium of adapters that I travel with on every trip. Obviously, this adapter won't travel with me to countries that aren't compatible with this one.

We used this all over the UK and it holds plenty of plug-ins - phones, computers, and regular plugs like hairdryers. I kept it in the box while traveling to protect it from potential damage. No issues - good purchase.
