Don't buy this, the squeezer doesn't become flush with itself, resulting in so much wasted juice. I gave it an extra star because it's really sturdy.

The item seems like quality material. However, when you try to squeeze a lime the handles hit together before the lime can be completely squeezed. I get more juice using my hand unfortunately.

This is really well made. I’ve had it for a while now and the gold isn’t peeling. Just like new and squeezes very easy. I gave 4 stars because it didn’t squeeze some lemons all the way down but I’ll buy this again.

I'm very impressed with the quality of this lemon juicer. It is very sturdy, and well made. It's larger than ones I've had. I really like that, because larger lemons fit in it much better. It's easy to squeeze. I like that it's stainless steel. I really like the gold, It goes with my kitchen. The price is very nice for the quality of this juicer. I highly recommend it.

For whatever reason, I have never owned a lemon squeezer. I always figured they were unnecessary, and I could squeeze it myself well enough to extract all the juice. Then arthritis in my hands set in and I lost grip strength. Squeezing lemons and limes because difficult, almost impossible, and I searched for a good quality press. When this one arrived, I was immediately impressed by the weight and feel of it. It's stainless steel, so I never have to worry about rusting, and the heft of the press itself leads me to believe it is high quality. The rubber grips on the ends stabilize my hold so it doesn't slip, and pressing it down to squeeze the fruit is easy and effective. I was surprised how much more juice I could squeeze out with this device than I could on my own. I also really like the gold color; it lends a look of class that would look great sitting out on a bar with other tools for cocktails, if you so desired. The unit does not come apart, but is a snap to wash. Bottom line: I can't believe I lived so long without having this handy device in my kitchen arsenal!

This is the best citrus juicer I have purchased. It has a deeper bowl than most which helps to extract more juice than the usual shallower ones. The quality if excellent and the hinge works smoothly with no issues. The silicone grip on the handles is soft and provides good gripping surface for squeezing. The color is unique for this type of kitchen tool and it looks great in my kitchen.

A tip to extract the most juice:Cut both ends off the lemon/lime to the point where you see the flesh of the fruit. The cut in half and squeeze the juice. It requires less resistance to juice the fruit.

Honesty got this as it just looks nice on my beverage cart. The added bonus is that it works so well. I used it when cooking for a recipe that called for fresh lemon juice and it did not disappoint. I don’t think I’ve squeezed a lemon so cleanly before, leaving only the seeds, really maximizing the juice extracted. I only took off 1 star as I feel like the gold finish might fade after a while. I usually prefer to get items like this in silver. Will update if it does not.
