This squeezer is nice and sturdy, but I have not used it because I am not sure of what this product is made of. as there is no written enclosure of the materials that this product is made of. The box states stainless steel, but what is the shinny clear coating? Will this coating peel off after usage? Is this mixed with other metals?

I was concerned when I ordered this. Would it be strong enough. It works. It cleared easily and it gets a lot more juice out of 11 I ever could before.

You get what you pay for. This citrus squeezer is heavy but it's not particularly well made. There's some wobble in the hinge and so the overall feel is not one of solidity and precision construction.

The screw/pin that holds the two pieces together fell out making it useless. Fortunately I was able to repair, but this happened only a month after purchase. Not a sign of a quality product.
