These strings for their price point work well and sound very good. I like the feel of them and they have a warm but bright tone to them. I can’t attest to their longevity because I am fairly inconsistent on changing strings but I’m a fan so far. At this price point, I can change my strings monthly on my most used guitars.

Great price. I have 6 guitars to restring. As far as longevity we’ll have to wait and see

The strings have good resonance and tonality. I was very pleased with the quality level for the price.

These are nothing fancy, but they certainly get the job done. If you're in a situation where you need to keep strings maintained on a fleet of classroom guitars, these will work just fine. I'm not really perceiving much of a "coating" on these--they're certainly not coated in the way that Elixers or the like are coated--but there's probably some chemical anti-rust material on there, also a good thing for a classroom setting.I don't think these would replace standard D'Addarios or Ernie Balls, and certainly not something more boutique like Stringjoys, but sometimes you just need some budget strings that get the job done and don't break right out of the box, and these seem to fit that bill just fine.

Giving these 4 stars as an average - 5 stars for value, 3 stars for qualityThese strings are much better than some of the terrible OEM strings that come on most guitars (especially budget guitars). On a scale of "1 = cut them off the minute you open the guitar box" to "5 = high-end boutique strings that cost as much as this whole set combined" I would call them a 3+. Good enough if a friend asks you to try out your YouTube-trained amateur luthier skills on their midrange guitar, but not what I would use if I were a real professional on a high-end axe. They're also especially nice for doing work on guitars that require temporary string installation (such as aligning a set neck on a guitar kit before permanently gluing it in place) or they would be perfectly acceptable strings for a beginner who doesn't yet have the ear to hear the difference between cheap and expensive strings.
