I’ve purchased 2 of these within 6 months. They don’t last a month. My family has moved to Mexico. We purchased a depreciated Jeep to drive down there. Since I didn’t have to worry about harming its value I wanted to find a cool hood ornament to put on it.This one requires commitment. My mechanic had to drill a hole in the hood to screw it in. I was ok with it assuming the product was a good one. It is not and now I’ve got an extra hole in my car.Twice it has broken off at the stem from vibrations and wind. The first ornament made it to Mexico but fell off not long after. The second didn’t even last one day. THIS CREATES AN INCREDIBLE ROAD (Tire) AND WINDSHIELD HAZARD. Thank goodness both times it didn’t hit another car when it snapped off and I was able to recover it. It’s got weight to it as well as pointy ends and would be very dangerous if the hood of my jeep hadn’t caught it.Honestly this product needs to be pulled from the market. It’s just a matter of time before someone dies or gets seriously injured because of a stupidly cute hood ornament. I loved it so much I thought the first had to be a flaw only to have the second be even worse than the first. DO NOT PURCHASE.To the company: Love the idea- Support it better. One thin piece of metal doesn’t hold the weight of what it’s supporting. I’m so sad. I’ll be first in line if you ever fix this issue.

"DO NOT BUY THIS"The neck/spine that goes from the base up to the head "will break" at the base. It cannot handle "any vibrantion."
