It is better looking than others. Only the inner mount hole had a grounding contact. That was annoying because I had to use the wider mount holes. I had to find a grounding wire and secure it to the box and to the screw on the socket. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

The string broke in our light fixture and of course it was all the way up inside, Maybe could have fixed but then the outlet was iffy. Time for a replacement. This was very easy to install. Lighter weight than the old one. It's been installed now for months and no problems

Bought this to replace an ancient fluorescent light that failed. It mounted up to the same socket without any trouble, works great with a new LED bulb, and get a bonus of a plug in socket for small items needed in the area. Would buy again!

I found the connections to be flimsy. Had a hard time getting the screws to grab the wire without pushing it out or it slipping out after tightened. I was using a standard 14 solid wire looped into a U, so this shouldn't have been an issue. Working OK so far, and we're certainly cheap enough, but I expected better from the brand. Would look for something else next time I was going to buy.

If you need an extra ceiling plug with light then you can't go wrong with this. I used it on my porch to power a camera and it was way easier than wiring in another outlet

Wanted a pull cord light and socket for LED string.Good quality. Amazon Prime meant I could carry on working and not lose an hour heading to the big box stores.
