The bearing is too thick that the snap rings won’t go around the axel post. The dust caps don’t have space to fit either. Both bearings were fully seated with a press.

I returned this once because the tool was missing (big selling point for this item over choices). when I received my replacement it was again missing the tool as well as one of the fasteners. Absolutely useless

One end of the new shaft was out of round. Possibley droped when made. I had to sand it down just to get the bearing to slide over when mounting the wheel. Also the bearing can only go in so far, as it has a shoulder it stops at when fully installed. Which doesn't allow any groove left to install the plastic bearing cap. The other wheel went on with no problems except you can't install the bearing cap.

These wheels came with the tool and a replacement PIN. Super easy to quickly change out the parts and get our manual pallet jack back in action. Thank you for such a fast delivery, too!
