I purchased the Lefant M320 vacuum back on August 2024, the one I received was not powerful but I needed it for just light maintenance on my floors, by November it just stopped charging, because the holidays and having family over I did not contact their customer service until February. Customer Service was quick and eventually sent me a new vacuum which works amazing, it's a lot more powerful. I believe the first model was a bad model (which can happen with all products) but customer service redeem the brand and now I am truly happy with this vacuum.

I like this vacuum because it does not have a brush roll like my prior robovac did. The brush roll models are hard to clean when you have long hair that will get tangled around the brush and ends of the roller. This vac is fine for everyday light cleaning, but not as powerful as my prior robovac. It also does not include a remote control -- there is an app to download, but I find having a remote (which I purchased separately), seems to control it better. The remote should be included with the vac. It's okay. I thought of returning it at first, but decided to keep it because it was easier to use than untangling long hair from the brush roller models.

UPDATE:Seller made it right and sent me a replacementI hate this vacuum! Our little M-210 held up well but finally died on me. I got this model to replace it, it was a good price and labeled as a newer improved model. No, just no. Gets stuck CONSTANTLY, a pain in the butt to take the collection container out and an even bigger pain to clean! You need a minimum of 3 hands to clean this out. That or put the dirty container on the floor or counter. Both of which is not an ideal option since it just vacuumed. I hate this thing and now I’m stuck with it. Don’t know if I will stick with this brand sadly.

Acheté il y a 6 mois et complètement satisfaite! Grâce à son petit format il passe partout. Contrairement à bcp d autres aspi robot, il n a pas de brosse tournante ce qui évite cheveux et poils de se coincer.Très facile à nettoyerJe recommande +++

I have thoroughly enjoyed the M320 - lots of suction power and a "smart" machine. However, I had a charging issue but was able to resolve the matter very easily through Lefant. It is apparent that this company takes pride in their products and customers. Highly recommended.

He esperado como unos 7-8 meses a escribir para ver qué tal funcionaba y no puedo más que decir cosas buenas.Mis padres tienen una roomba y en comparación me quedo con Lefant. Limpia genial, tiene la opción de saltar objetos o subir encima de alfombras, rara vez se queda trabada. Tienes la App para manejarla con WiFi desde el móvil y así poder programar la limpieza cada día o encenderla si no estás en casa para que se ponga en marcha.Lo único a lo que no le veo mucha funcionalidad es a la mopa/fregona. Al menos este modelo no lo tiene perfeccionado.

Franchement, je n'y aurai pas cru. Mais pour le prix et la qualité imbattable. Il aspire très bien et ramasse tous sur son passage. Les lingettes sont pratiques pour un petit coup mais sèche vite, pour un bon nettoyage régulier, rajouter un peu d'eau et produits sur le sol avec le torchon mis avec et ses bon. Il passe bien partout et retrouve sa place de recharge facilement. La seule chose par contre, c'est les capteurs qui ne sert peut être pas a grand chose car il bourre un peu dans tous quand même.😅Cependant, j'en suis très contente bcp de positif et un gain de temps pour les travailleurs.🫶

...but it quit after 2 months. It put itself back on the charger one day and then the next day it wouldn’t even turn on. I verified that the voltage from the charger was correct, but the battery appears to be dead. It was a great little vacuum while it lasted.UPDATE TO 5 STARS:I liked the M320 so much that I decided to order another one hoping that the original vacuum just had a flaw. Since I was getting another one, I decided I had nothing to lose if I opened that one up to see if there was an obvious problem. Took the battery out and checked for problems. The battery was fully charged and saw no other problem, so I reinstalled the battery and closed everything back up. Tried it again and it started right up. It is still working days later, so I am updating the review. Still love it - it does a better job than expected. Good value for the money. Would definitely order again.

It perfectly cleans many of the small spaces between and under furniture. It has great suction. I love the large, clear, easy-to-lift-up and easy-to-clean dust bin. However, there are 2 large negatives: (1) The hepa dust filter is CYLINDER-shaped (not flat like on most other robo vacs) and gets very dirty even after a single use due to the vac's powerful cleaning ability. Brushing off the dirt makes a cloud of fine dust fly up into the face to cause bad allergies. The FLAT hepa filters are far less prone to do that. (2) The filter gets dirty so quickly that it needs to be replaced after just a few uses. To my shock, no replacement filters are available on Lefant's website nor on Amazon.UPDATE:I purchased a Lefant M310 with a FLAT hepa filter to compare it to the M320 that has a TUBULAR-shaped hepa filter. I like the M310 much better. Its filter is easy to remove and clean. The clear bin (located on top under a lid) can be easily lifted up, and opens to let contents fall out. Its interior size seems similar to me as the M320 in which much of the interior is taken up by the tubular filter. On the M320, I dislike that hair and dust wrap around the tubular filter and have to be pulled off before one can let the contents fall out--thus needing to have more contact with dust. In addition, brushing the tubular hepa filter produces more floating dust than brushing the flat filter.I have tile floors throughout and do not know the performance on carpet. I like the mop feature for catching any remaining dust. To get good coverage in one room at the time, it is not necessary to use the app or even the remote (if security or privacy are a concern).Replacement filters are supposed to be available on Amazon after June 26, 2024.On the Amazon Website, product dimensions for the M320 are listed incorrectly as13"L x 4.3"W x 14"H. They are instead 11" W x 11" L x 2.99" H.I am returning the M320 and plan to buy a second M310 for upstairs.SECOND UPDATE: (Change from 2 stars to 4 stars)I changed my rating from 2* to 4* for the following reasons:1. Replacement filters are now available.2. I resolved my individual concern regarding the filter type by buying a different model (M310) with very similar specs and performance. Considering that I loved ALL the other design features of the M320, considering its great performance, and having experienced outstanding customer support (by Betty and Zoey), the rating deserves an upgrade to 4 stars.For me, the small diameter (11") and low height (

Probably the worst version of this out there I’ve had many other cheaper brands that can get to the charger on there own this one requires you to do that cause it only tries to find the charger for 15 seconds then gives up and turns off so you have to manually pick it up and put it on the charger it also runs it’s battery down so fast it doesn’t save enough power to make it to the charger the app is horrible and still will not find the vacuum so your stuck with the remote it comes with but it’s range is only about 4 feet so you have to be right next to it without anything in between you and it even a shoe will stop the remote signal it does pick up dust but nothing heavy like one piece of pea gravel it just pushed it around my house scratching up my floors I’d go with eufy, or any other brand if you have not had one before definitely a garbage product for it’s cost
