When I first opened the box with the clear acrylic dry erase board, I thought, "This may have been a serious mistake."As soon as I laid eyes on it, I knew it would be hit! Our granddaughter is an amazing artist, and has absolutely loved using it during her visits. The moment I saw her colorful creations light up the room, I turned to my husband and said, “IT WAS A MISTAKE ONLY ORDERING ONE!” Now I want one too!The adjustable light levels make it not just a canvas for her creativity, but also a much-loved nightlight once she's finished drawing. The colors of the pens are truly vibrant, and I've even stolen a few moments to doodle myself! This board has brought us hours of joy together, and now I'm off to order a second one for myself. Perfect for kids and kids at heart—even grandmas like me! (P.S. My husband surprised me with a second one)

This clear acrylic board is beautifully illuminated, and I can leave messages on it with the markers that come in the package. It has to be powered on by being plugged in either directly with the USB port or with the regular adapter it comes with. It has a control part on the cord. It can be dimmed or brightened, and also it has four color modes that I can choose from. There are different colors like white, blue, yellow, purple, and red to be illuminated one at a time. Also, there are a few settings of gradually changing colors, which are my favorite, by the way. One thing that I want to know is that the markers.com with the board are not dry-erase markers. I’m not a fan how the board is being cleaned. I had to remove writings/drawings with a wet cloth. However, a cloth and a spray bottle are included in the set, which is good. This board has a stand. I like the size of it. It’s bigger than most of the regular-size boards with light.

Alright, listen up, fellow parents of… ahem… "creative individuals." My offspring, who communicates primarily in eye rolls and cryptic memes, demanded this "light board" thingy. And honestly? I was skeptical. I mean, it's a glowing rectangle, right? How exciting could that possibly be?Turns out, pretty darn exciting. Especially when you consider the sheer, unadulterated JOY of it ACTUALLY COMING WITH A PLUG. A PLUG, PEOPLE! In this USB-powered wasteland, that's practically a miracle. I swear, the angels sang. This thing is like a party in a box. You get the glowing board, the little feet so it can stand, a hook and chain if you want to hang it like some kind of glowing art installation (which, let’s be real, you might), markers in every color imaginable, a cleaning cloth, and a tiny spray bottle that I'm pretty sure is just magic water. The light show is legit. You can have it stay one color, or you can unleash the disco inferno and watch it cycle through all the colors like a tiny, mesmerizing rave. My teen was… well, she didn’t say she was impressed, but I caught her staring at it for a solid 10 minutes, which is basically a standing ovation in teen speak. The markers glow like they're powered by fairy dust, and the whole thing is surprisingly sturdy. I even managed to put the little feet on without breaking a sweat, though I did have a brief existential crisis realizing I was trying to force them on wrong. (Pro-tip: don't be me. Slide them on from the side away from the cord.)The only downside? Now I have to fight my teen for control of the glowing rectangle. I may or may not have already drawn a masterpiece of a stick figure cat. But hey, it’s my plug too.Seriously, if you need to appease a teen, or just want a cool, glowing thing to draw on, this is it. Plus the plug! Buy it! You won't regret it. Unless you try to steal it from your kid. Then you might regret it.
