I own a business and needed some replacement exit signs due to the batteries dying in my existing ones. It was cheaper for me to replace the entire sign, than for me to get batteries for my existing ones. Also since these are LED, they will save me money in the long run on energy usage. I really like that these are designed to run at multiple voltages, in my case at 277volts. The sign is nice and bright and has a very nice elegant look to it. These are as simple as replacing a light fixture. Overall, very happy and the testing the battery when turning off the power was flawless.

This Exit sign is easy to put together. It also has many options for mounting it to the wall or ceiling. It is double sided so it has a mirrored film between the two sides so you can read the letters and not see right thru the sign. I will have to get used to the mirror looking film because I am not fond of it.The fixture does have a UL listing, so you can feel assured that this thing won't burn your building down. I did not notice any mention of what building codes or fire codes that this light satisfies. None anywhere on the fixture, none on the packaging, and none in the manual. Will this EXIT sign meet building code requirements? I do not know.

This is a legit exit sign that I am going to install in my son's studio. It lights up and has battery backup as well as instructions and an installation kit to get you up and going. And this I believe is going to be cheaper than buying it anywhere locally.

This is a legit EXIT sign light. I got this for my brother-in-law primarily as a bit of a gag gift for him to install in his barn where he has made his own bar/pub for family and friends. He's got it all decked out with other pub signs and the like. This was just one more thing he could add to the general ambience to give it that authentic feel.The instructions for how to install it and run electrical to it is straightforward and simple enough. The backup battery is great too. I don't know if my in-law is going to go all the way with hooking it up to electricity or just hang it from the ceiling and call it good. Either way, whether you want it just for fun or or legit purposes this is the real deal.

This is a great looking sign that is bright and easy to see. Install looks easy.It’s on my project list. I’m on the board at the Western Saddle Club. I’m going to install this over our exit door. I think it’s a great safety feature and this sign looks particularly nice.

Works great - and love that I can mount either from ceiling or on the wall. Looks modern while doing what it needs to do - light the way to the EXIT in an emergency. Uses less energy than my old one with bulbs and this also means the battery backup will last longer with LED lights.
