Chest protection is very good .Shoulder protection is just ok.Can be quite hot on long rides but otherwise it’s grand .

But... runs true to size, instead of the usual ciclyng gear that runs small. So I ordered Large and it is big for me.

This save my chest from getting all scratch and banged up. Would buy again with my eyes close.Had a bad crash on mountain creek and this tee save my chest from a bad injury. It took the hit and did it’s job. Well worth the money maybe more. The material is not uncomfortable like other brans. It doesn’t make you sweat and no extra heat. It’s just like wearing a comfortable tshirt in the summer.
