Habe zu Beginn meiner „MTB-Karriere“ ca. 125kg auf 1,92m gewogen.Hab damals sehr viele Knieprotektoren durchprobiert, zurückgeschickt, etc. denn alle waren sie entweder an Wade, Oberschenkel oder beidem zu eng.Mit diesem Leatt Modell wurde ich endlich fündig, endlich eine richtige Größe XXL.Also wenn du auch ein Oger bist, oder einfach nur einen sehr stabilen Körperbau hast und bisher kein Protektor dein Bein umschließen konnte, bist du hier angekommen.Hat mich mittlerweile vielfach bei Stürzen geschützt, ist angenehm zu tragen - auch noch beim After- Ride-Bier.Pedalieren ist damit sowohl am E-Bike als auch am Bio-MTB in Ordnung. Trage sie im Sommer als auch im Winter, dann aber unter der langen Hose.Bin so überzeugt, dass ich meinem 11-jährigen Sohn nun auch ein paar geholt habe.

I am 6'5" tall and 300 lbs. I purchased these because they were the only ones I found that looked like they would even come close to fitting. This is my second pair. I bought new ones because the first pair smelled so bad that I couldn't ride in the car with them with the windows up. I am not really sure how to clean them, I soaked them in various solutions and that kind of helped but not for the long haul. The inner padding is behind a thin layer of fabric and over time some of that got holes in it and the pads slipped out. I'm not sure how long knee pads are supposed to last but I feel like I got good value out of them. The size is the main thing. They are tight and, technically, I think I need something bigger but I can't find anything bigger. If you know of any shoot me a response...

Good fit, comfortable and lots of protection for the front and side of your knee. The strap on the top is a nice feature along with the rubber grippers. I love that the sizes accomodate people with larger thighs like myself. I'll be feeling protected the next time I ride at the bike park 🙂

I intended to use these for eskating but found them to be to sloppy around the knee area so wasn’t confident that they would stay in place in a crash, they are best suited for bike riding there indented use.

Use for MTB. Had trouble finding knee pads due to big thighs (24 inch) and calves. Tried the Endura strap on types but were absolutely rubbish. None of the usual brands offer anything over ‘XL’ with sizing being on the ‘average’ scale to maximise market exposure with them either sliding down or being an extremely tight fit. These pads once in place offer Fantastic protection. They fit like a glove and you hardly notice you are wearing them and they do not slip down. I went out for 8 hours with them on with no sense of feeling uncomfortable or them digging in or cutting off circulation. I wear mine under pants or with shorts. I wear the same elbow pads also, which exhibit exactly the same characteristics. Highly recommend these.
