First and foremost, these are great and comfortable chairs. As of right now I’m incredibly pleased with the quality. The leather looks and feels great. Assembly wasn’t too bad and each piece comes in its own box. The instructions leave a lot to be desired but it’s mostly self explanatory. I’m impressed with how comfortable these are while also taking up less space than a traditional couch. The tray tables are nice but would be even better if they had a cupholder attachment like some other brands.Now there are some things people need to be aware of. There is a plethora of third party sellers for these products right now and all of them appear to be newly launched scam accounts from China. I initially placed my order for this set because it was nearly $1000 cheaper than what it showed previously. I assumed it was Comfiroom selling it at a discount but turns out it was a third party seller that just launched. I was informed later on by Comfiroom that they’ve been bombarded with these accounts that were hijacking their links and have been dealing with customers complaining about not receiving their orders. So be warned. If it’s not sold by Comfiroom I’d avoid it.Another thing to note is these do NOT come with connectors to make the furniture one big piece. For example this chair is in 4 parts. Out of the box all you can do is set these up side by side to each other and that’s it. If you want these to be connected to one another like I did then you need to contact Comfiroom and they’ll send you the connectors free of charge. They explained to me most people who buy these typically put them on carpet so no connectors isn’t a big deal and most also like to reconfigure their set ups so having them disconnected makes that easier. Either way, if you plan on having these as a single piece, I’d recommend contacting Comfiroom as soon as you place your order to get them to send you the connectors. It may come a few days after the chairs but the installation seems pretty simple.In the end, I think the quality and value of these chairs are worth the investment if you’re in the market for theater chairs. I wouldn’t say they are perfect but I think they’re definitely some of the best in terms of value and quality.

Absolutely love the seats! Great build quality, very comfortable. They were accidentally shipped without the connectors but the company actually reached out to me to make sure I loved the seats and they promptly shipped them out then reached back out to make sure I received them. Thats great customer service!!! Would definitely purchase from again.

I can hardly believe how soft and comfortable the leather feels. The fabric sofa I had at home was a nightmare, especially in the summer when it got unbearably hot to lie on. Now I can finally replace it with this brand-new genuine leather Comfiroom power recliner. I highly recommend the genuine leather option—it’s a completely different experience.The installation video is very easy to follow and the installation was not complicated at all. I could not figure out how to get back to the memorized position. I reached out to customer service and received their help promptly.I like the color and the design very much. Kudos to this product and their service! Highly recommended!Update: one of my neighbors visited us and tried this recliner sofa. She told me that this chair feels more comfortable when sitting on it than her faux leather chair. She said the genuine leather material feels more air-permeable and can dissipate heat better.

first it is real leather seat not cheap sruff like 399 other store different material.amazing quality,easy to install,just a little heavy .Seat is a big enough for two people.high quality foam too.super quite motor.Rest mode is perfect for a nap. it took me long time to make a decision.if you would like get top tier game life. it wont make you disappointed

Pros:It's easy to install. I’ve purchased another power recliner before, and it required me to install the armrests myself, which was a hassle. But this recliner is different. It arrived in just one box with all the components inside, and you only need to attach the backrest to the seat base.It can recline to nearly a horizontal position, which makes it incredibly relaxing to lie on and easy to fall asleep. I believe it will be perfect for taking naps, which is what impressed me the most.It has a home button, so when I want to get up, I don’t have to hold down the button to fully close the recliner. This is a very user-friendly design, even though the recliner already opens and closes quite quickly.The materials used are really top-notch. First, it’s extremely heavy, much more than I expected, which makes me feel very secure when lying on it—no wobbling at all. Secondly, the leather is incredibly soft and comfortable to the touch, making me feel it’s worth the price. I imagine that using such luxurious leather on such a large sofa must be costly.The Type-C and USB charging ports are more than sufficient. I won’t go into the details of other small features.Cons:I’ll update my review as I continue to use it.I’m satisfied with both its design and quality. I think I’ll be using it frequently to relax. I’ve been planning to upgrade my home entertainment room, and when I finally do, I’ll consider buying a few more seats to combine with this one. I imagine our entertainment room might become the most popular room in the house then.

Overall a good product; it shipped quick beating the expected time range (although FedEx did split up the shipment). Each char comes in a separate box. The boxes did take a beating in shipment but to my surprise there was no damage.Assembly was pretty easy I think it’s best if you have two people, but could be done by one. With two people assembly took around 30-40 mins for 4 chairs. These chairs do not connect together, this was not an issue for me as these were going on carpet. I would be concerned if it was on my hardwood.Chairs are comfortable and value for what we paid was worth it.I’ll update as time progresses.
