I used it before on my fridge and it worked great. It's been a year, so far, so good. Make sure you read the information before using it. I wasted one for being hard-headed.

Awesome product for really small systems. In the past, I haven't been a big fan of these types of products. But I've recently had some success with smaller capillary systems (window units, etc.). And this product, in particular has shown a degree of success! Used as a last resort, when physical repairs were not possible! Added time to the unit's life!

This product worked great. Easy to apply and saved me so much money. I was told I needed two new A/C units and applied this product and the units held the coolant and began cooling my home quickly. All I needed was this sealant and add freon to the units.

My window AC has a micro leak... I can say it is very minimal leak, it slowly loses pressure for about 3 months but still not totally empty and can still cool to a minimal level. From 65psi, it goes to about 30psi in ~2 months and about 20 psi in 3-6 months. It will not empty out totally and will just stay at about 20psi.So, let us see how this works out for me.After 1 month i will check the pressure again, I know i will lose a little pressure every time I measured with my manifold and will consider this too.UPDATE: After about 20days of usage, the pressure dropped again at 20psi. meaning it was not able to hold the pressure and seal the leak. anyway i enjoyed using it and hope it can work for others

My HVAC requires a top off of R 22 in the spring time before use. Assuming I had a minor leak I put this product in this spring when it was topped off and so far here at the end of July 24 it still works as indicated. For the cost it’s appears to be an easy fix.

Had a leak in my AC system. After getting it refilled with coolant, I added one shot of this stuff and so far so good. It's only been about a month but the AC is working great and is Ice Cold. Hopefully it lasts a lot longer and stays working this good. Will update if this doesn't seal my minor leak...

My kegerator lost all its Freon. The leak saver was easy to use and two weeks later my unit continues to work great after holding a recharge. I would certainly recommend trying the leak saver before having an expensive repair done. Seems to have worked for me!!

Ok please read my back story. I'm a handy guy, I can fix almost anything. There are only two mechanical things I am not experienced in. 1) Automotive transmissions and...2) Home HVAC. I know the basic principle of home HVAC but never had the tools to work on it or guidance to teach me. Anyway, I have a house on the water, ocean access water in the Ft Lauderdale area. The AC on my home is a 20 year old 4 ton Rheem unit, R22 and exposed to salty humid air. It cools fantastic but over the years there have been a few leaks on the U tubes on the condenser coil (the outside unit, high side) and I had a long time AC guy that has welded the leaks and got me going. This last time a couple weeks ago the AC guy basically told me "my AC is shot I need an entire new system and he can't and won't attempt another repair, the cost of a new system is $8,000". Well I don't have $8,000 so he basically told me "good luck" and left. That's when I started researching these leak stop shots. My long time AC guy said my R22 system was empty and I believed him because the AC was cooling one day, then the next day freezing up then the next day barely blowing cold, the next day the low pressure switch was shutting the compressor down. Ok so I did my research. I bought two of these Leak Saver injections and a 15 pound can of R22....which was incredibly expensive, but cheaper than a new system. So i hooked the can of R22 to the leak savers and shot them in followed by a nice charge of R22. It's been about 2 weeks and the AC has never worked better! Also my AC guy said my system was empty, it's a 4 ton and holds about 11 pounds of R22 and it took 7 pounds to fill so I have plenty of extra 22 and an extra leak saver for the future just in case. People, this Leak Saver WORKS! My 4 ton R22 split system was leaking out at a rate that would have left it empty in a week, it's been 2 weeks and it's blowing cold! Plus I am putting the gauges on every few days to monitor pressure, it is stable! I am amazed this Leak Saver worked. Blown away actually. I gave this stuff about a 5% chance of working on a 4 ton high side leak. Give this a shot before spending thousands. Your biggest expense will be buying R22 but it is available online.
