Do it Right!
When installing any lift/leveling kit on leaf springs, you may find that your stock u-bolts may not be long enough to be compatible with your new setup. Even if you are able to get the nut on, you may not be able to get enough thread engagement for the assembly to be considered "safe." That's where Rocktrix extended u-bolts come in. Made to work with any lift kit between 1.0" to 3.0", our u-bolts will ensure that your ride is safe and reliable for whatever journey on which you want to go.
- Extended U-bolts (Square Bend) ensure proper thread engagement when securing your lift pack and leaf springs to the vehicle.
- Increased reliability and safety when used with a lift kit.

Installation
- Installation processes is completely bolt on and should take 1-3 hours.
- No instructions are provided and professional installment is recommended although a skilled user with proper tools may install this as well.
- Please note that if too much pressure is applied the bolts may break as they must be torqued to manufacturer recommended specifications

- DOES NOT Include Lift Plates. This is ONLY for the U-bolts / washers / nuts pictured above.
- CHECK Your U-Bolt Shape. These are square-shaped ubolts. Make sure it matches your current ubolts.
- CHECK Your U-Bolt Install Location. These ubolts are to be installed on top of the springs.

I replaced my rear diff in my 05 1500 hd chevy truck this weekend the u bolts fit directly inplace of old ones no screwing around direct replacement antitrust coating and lock nuts on them looks nice when finished with the black finish too glad I got them much quicker them trying to clean up and treat old ones that been there for 20 years

This item was supposed to fit a 2002 Chevy 2500 HD. Diameter of bolts did not match existing bolts. Contacted an axle & frame shop and were advised not to use them. Returned for a refund.

These U bolts are tiny. They may be long enough but they are not large enough diameter to go on your truck, not even close.
