These do not fit the old original LAVA lamps.. the base is really small on these.. if your lamp almost fits a normal sized bulb you need a 40a15 bulb!

Each bulb was in its own bubble wrap and box gave protection of the bulbs. Amazon packing was real good too.Bulbs work fine, used in wall unit.
