We used to be able to find Lava in the Grocery Store, but haven't found it for a long time. I was glad to find it on Amazon. It's the best for removing the really tough, dirty stuff after working in the shop, or working in the garden.

This is the best soap I’ve found to get that black caked in grease from a days work as a mechanic. Well worth every penny. There’s no way I’d ever get my hands clean with out this bar

Purchased for my boyfriend who works at a tire shop and somehow dirt gets past his work gloves. This helps keep his hands clean with minimal effort.

When other soap isn't getting something off that's where Lava comes in. It never disappoints.I also use this on my treadmill to keep the belt from squeaking. Bonus, it smells really nice when the treadmill heats up LOLI keep some in the kitchen and some in the bathrooms. It's nice to have on hand to use as needed.

Lava Heavy-Duty Hand Cleaner with Moisturizers, Professional Line - I just received my 3rd bar of this hand soap. It easily removes grease, dirt, oil, and other crud I get on my hands when working in the garage. It rinses off easily with warm water and the moisturizers work. My hands don't get nearly as dry as with other soaps and hand cleaners. It has a very mild, non-offensive odor - much more pleasant than other soaps.
