The product is great. it works just fine.I have an issue with the way Amazon put the drum head in a simple envelope. My new drum head arrived with unwelcome creases from shipping.This is not a reflection of the vendor ... it's Amazon and a failure to understand how to ship a drum head.

This skin has got a nice tone. Easy to install but make sure you fill the bongo head with cool / room temp water to loosen it up for 30 minutes
