Just opened the box, turned it on and the battery indicator is flashing 1 bar of charge. Plug the cable in and nothing happened. Will not charge

bought this self level laser for outdoor use. self level works great- outdoor is still a little weak for me. ok for short distances -20' but fades at longer distance.

Have had this level for a while. Easy to use and does its intended job well. It stopped taking a charge one day randomly. I contacted the manufacturer and they were quick to respond and got a new one shipped to me within a few days. Customer service that is easy to deal with and stands behind their product definitely has my business.

I didn't get this for the typical reasons. I wanted to experiment with a more high tech way of laying out my rows in my garden, and hoped this would show up well enough in the day time. Sadly it does not, so I took off one star for the brightness. With that said, if you're indoors, it's plenty bright enough, with a crisp line going up and down, as well as left to right.
