Very happy with this stopper. Unlike other brands, the center is made of brass so it won’t strip like the other plastic ones when trying to remove and clear clogs. I’d only buy this one versus all the others.

I ordered this item in 2019. Easy to install, easy to use, worked well. In May 2022 , I had to order again as the seal wasn't working anymore. Ordered again in July 2023 because the mechanism that popped up and down stopped working. Not yet 4 months later I again have to replace as it leaks badly and it is not popping up or down. It seems that since 2019 the quality of the product has gone down. I'm going to order one last time and if this one doesn't last for at least a year, I will be buying another product/brand.

Needed a replacement part quickly. Arrived and the finish on the top has a blemish, not gold but silver area where the polish application was not consistent. The bottom part of drain has an in sanded part that is sharp. If pulling up on the stopper it can cut your finger. Really disappointed in the quality and not enough time to get a replacement in time. I haven’t installed it so can’t comment on how well it works.

This had the wrong thread size but I really only needed the black rubber ring. I put it on the old plug and it worked beautifully

I know it wasn't fair to give it 2 stars but it was too big (0.8cm) for my drain (0.7cm) so....sorry!Photo 1: LASCO stopperPhoto 2, 3: LASCO stopper's screw nail (Diameter 0.8cm) is bigger than RUGO stopper (Diameter 0.7cm).Photo 4: The rubber are different too.Photo 5: RUGO stopper and drain. I have never replaced a Tip Toes style stopper before until now that the one in my bathtub started to leak as it wasn't holding water no more. So i unscrewed mine counter clock wise (Lefty Loosey) in order to determine the thread size.I simply used a ruler to closely match the size, the two main sizes are 3/8" or 5/16" so I've learned that the most common thread size would be the 3/8. when i measured the diameter of the thread with a ruler it closely matched 3/8" so i went ahead and order it.At first i was a bit hesitant because the one i have is very different in design but after thinking about it I came to the conclusion that it really didn't matter just as long as it was the correct thread size and correct length in which i had already measured.I had ordered mine Sold by: Amazon.com LLC, The price is Fantastic since the regular Hardware stores were selling them around $10.00. The installing was simple as unscrewing all i had to do is unscrew the old one and screw in the new one as simple as 1,2,3. It's really not rocket science.When i tested it the I could hear the clicking sound as you don't need that much force to click it & best of all It worked perfectly. For this price i don't expected it to last indefinitely as the construction is mostly plastic.I enclosed a picture of the new one installed and the old one. I would recommend it since this item is fairly inexpensive to replace.Pros:*Simple to install* Easy to click on and off* Came in a clear easy to open package, the top simply pops off and reseals in case you ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange it for other size.Cons: None at this time

Just didn't work well. Very cheaply made, the chrome was chipping off the moment we removed from it the package. Also: the skirt isn't fixed (like the one it's replacing) so it moves up and down, becomes wrinkled and deformed, and will pop-up like an umbrella in the wind when depressing the stopper. Once installed, it didn't pop-up, didn't click. After playing with it for a while, we set it for just the absolute perfect height, and it worked -- as long as you didn't otherwise move it at all. That might be OK for very light use, but in the tub for our pre-schooler son we need something that works every day. Returned.

I moved into a new house 3 months ago and wanted a convenient stopper that would stay in place and quickly drain or plug. I ordered this as soon as I came across is because it seemed like just the fix I was looking for. After having used it for 2 months or so, I have been very happy with it. Even though there is a lot of plastic on it, it serves its purpose well and feels sturdy enough to last a very long time. I would suggest measuring the threading in your drain before buying this. I bought both this one and Lasco's 5/16" stopper to find the right fit and it was this one, but now I have an extra on of the wrong size. Overall, I am very happy with this product and would suggest it to anyone looking for a great tub plug fix.
