The item received is not the same as described. It does not fit snuggly and is much thicker than the one shown in the photo. Do not buy.

Wife made me buy these two replace on our toilet. I replaced them and she totally forgot about it. They look just as good as the originals.

The item is not the one in the picture. Mine came with two thin posts on each, not like the ones in the picture that adjust to the hole size. The only way this will stay in the holes is to glue them in place. The size is correct, but the posts are not the same as pictured and too narrow.

These were a little hard to get in but I made them work by chipping of a part of the plastic. Seems to work fine

I bought these as a replacement for the old, crumbling bumpers on my wooden toilet seat. While it is true that the pegs on these aren't tapered like those shown in the picture, I had no trouble pushing them in by hand, and they are nice and snug. The bumpers are slightly thicker than the old ones, but not enough to be a problem. My only gripe is that they are white and look a bit out of place on my brown seat. Having this available in brown would have been nice.

Thought would fit toilet seat intended but posts were slightly thicker and i needed to whittle down with an exacto knife. Wasn't hard just do slow from top down into underside. Took small slices off and it fit snug into holes 👍Mom's building wanted to charge her $25 for new seat 🙄.. because if live in a senior building and you " break " anything or have a bulb blow out resident has a list to see what's replacement costs out of their pocket. I get it if resident is destructive but if can replace cheaper ( bulbs/ handles/ toilet bumpers ) worth it . Hope this helps.Oh if can use a centimeter ruler( look for cm on 1 side of ruler if have ) it helps to get diameter of hole . I was of by 3 cm hence shaving a bit off. For $5 worth it than $25 new seat.

I went to Lowes looking for one of these and they didn't even know what I was talking about but helpfully referred me to purchase a toilet seat that came with bumpers. Even directed me to a 50% off shelf of toilet seats. You know what? I can't get a color matched seat like I have, so I went for the toilet seat bumpers. These work great, saved me scads of money and are replaceable again if they break. The previous bumpers lasted 40 years so I might not even need to replace them again.

The pads fit in existing holes so installation was easy. Too early yet for proper review. Will have to see how well they last.

Used to replace two front bumpers on an old toilet seat. Fit just as original.

Be very careful. When you push them in, the posts aren't very firm, so if the holes in your toilet seat aren't quite wide enough, the posts will bend or break. If they don't go in with some light taps of a hammer, take a knife or file and open the holes up a bit more.

Silly as it sounds to write a review about something like this, these were perfect for the job at hand. When you drop fifty bucks for something as mundane as a toilet seat, it's nice to know you can replace the little bumpers without having to buy another one. Ours was a solid wood Church seat with heavy chrome hinges. (Church... I guess that makes this a "pew"? ) ;) A real work of art for the capper on the crapper! Anyway, apparently the size and spacing of the pins is industry standard so they popped right in.
