Another type of iGel has in my opinion better suction access

Appear to be of good quality and well made.I purchased 3 different sizes. Because they come sealed in a sterile package, I can’t remove them for inspection. The only time I would remove them is if someone is unconscious and not breathing. I trust that they will function as needed.
