I've been using these boots for a few months, I work 60 hours a week in a kitchen these aren't bad definitely non slip is good they are comfortable and seem to be holding up pretty good other than the laces falling apart already but that an easy fix.The zippers are durable, no black streaks on the floor, all around it's a good boot.

My shoes arrived on Christmas Eve I started wearing them the day after Christmas and as of yesterday February 3rd this is what happened. I can admit they were comfortable and the zipper was convient but the quality seems to be lacking just a little bit.

These shoes were great. I enjoyed how light weight they are and comfortable.Major down side however they don't last too long. If you want shoes that last more than 90 days keep looking. As the photo shows the sole ripped in two. It's a shame because the grip is still really good.

I work in a professional kitchen 5 days a week. I bought these boots 6 months ago and I just replaced the shoelaces but otherwise these boots still look good. And the tread works great as non-slip. Even though the boots have the zipper up the side that works great, I don't use the zipper. Why? Because once the zipper breaks the shoe is worthless. But if you can use the shoelaces the boots will last much longer. But otherwise I don't have an issue with the zipper either. These boots were comfortable, light weight, and easy (or no) break in time. -- Shoes For Crews boots are always super stiff and start falling apart between the seem and soul before the tread or the boot starts falling apart. -- So I took a chance with these boots instead. After about 3 months I added a more comfortable insole. But you may not need to do that. I already had some on hand.I have been in the "business" (Chef, Catering, Restaurant, Schools, Galleys, Hospital kitchens....) for over 35 years. This boot is in the top 5 of ones I have owned in those years for comfort, easy break in, looks good, and non-slip. And I bought mine for $62! -- Shoes for crews have become proud of theirselves over the years and charge over $85 for boots that are hard to break in and look so-so.

My husband is a kitchen manager. It's difficult finding the perfect Kitchen/Chef boots. After one week of wear, he's quite happy with these. Anti slipping is excellent, fit is perfect, plus the casual look is a big plus for him. He's pleased with them, so I am happy too.
