I actually got this because it said "indoor/outdoor" because my house is tiny and already too ful to add something this size. I will break it down into easier to read columns.Pros:Well designed from the built in zipper door, to the foam on the upper bars and padding on corners!Nice quality reversible mat.Breathable mesh on sides allows air movement and vision.Light weight enough to lug it around into garage or someplace if you don't want to take it down.Large play area!Versatile use- indoor or outdoor, hard floor or carpet.Seems very safe.Additional balls are fun!!Cons:Difficult to put together/take down. I tried alone first, got real sweaty and frustrated and had my husband help and that made it much easier. The included instructions are garbage, but they did include a QR code that I didnt scan for help because I am exceedingly stubborn.The cost is probably actually low for what you get because of the quality you are getting, but it does seem a little high for something I would choose to afford.Notable:The bottom is not a floor- so when placed in the grass, it is squishy underfoot. This can be a pro or a con, but it would probably be pretty rough if placed on concrete or pavement even with the padded mat.The material is easy to wipe down or disinfect (for my fellow OCD mamas), but there isn't an easy way to just remove something and throw it in the wash.The toddlers can remove the little hand bars and removeable storage pockets, though they are pretty solid to put on, toddlers are beasts.As we utilize this more outside, I will update with any differences I notice like if the floor fabric wears out extra fast due to it being mostly on soft grass or whatnot. Overall I was so pleasantly surprised by what a nice playpen this is! And the versatility you have by using in multiple locations and even putting multiple things inside (I do plan to fill it with balloons sometime to see how that feels to play with!). Just make sure and budget a little time for assembly and when you're done, you can maybe even take a nap inside the playpen while your child peacefully and safely plays!

The mat is very nice. But, the actual play pen I would not recommend. The netting has strings coming out all over the place. My daughter actually had one wrapped around her neck. One side is already separated from the material, so there is now a hole that I will either have to fix or replace. You cannot contact the seller directly. Go with a more sturdy and well built product.

Such a great playpen! It comes with balls that entertain the kiddo for quite a while. It is easy to set up and the padding is extra thick so I don't worry about him tumbling over. This offers a piece of mind keeping the baby safe. It is easy to store and the material makes cleaning a breeze. It is very compact when finished using. I like the bag holds everything and easy to transport. It comes with pockets you can put diapers and changing necessities if it will be out for longer times. Made well and reasonably priced.

1 week update:There are quality issues. The fabric/material used is coming apart. My son kept having super long pieces of string in his mouth while playing inside. It’s like he was doing a magic trick when I was pulling it out of his mouth because it was so long and I didn’t know where it was coming from initially. Now there’s always a piece of string from the fabric somewhere. Is like when a piece of clothing has a loose string that just keeps getting worse. Big Safety hazard. My baby could’ve choked countless times before I realized it was coming from the play pen.My initial review is below the stars***CONS:Not easily or quickly portable. Every piece, and there’s multiple, had to be put together. Instructions were confusing because the parts aren’t labeled at all. Putting this together was all common sense but once you get started it gets easier. I also received an incorrect piece and they didn’t provide any extras so one of the walls isn’t connected. I’m 99% sure that the mat won’t fit in the travel bag either.PROS:Mat is double sided and nice quality and thickness, (although I still had to put an additional mat up under because my son still cried when he fell and he never cried when he fell in his other play pen). Mat has texture with the alphabet and numbers on both sides of the mat which I love. Easy to put together once you realize what goes where. Pieces easily fit into each other without struggle or a lot of force. No help is needed for set up. They give you more than enough balls. I didn’t open the attachments because I’m returning, but I like that it has them. I haven’t had this set up for a full 24Hrs yet but the quality is initially ok. It has suction cups to prevent baby from sliding in it. I can still push it easily, but my son (1yr) can’t move it. I don’t think it has anything to do with the suction cups though.OVERALL, I like it for a stationary play area for the price. I paid $85 before tax and like $95 after for the gray 71x59 WITH MAT . That’s the best and cheapest “portable” one I could find on Amazon. My son loves it.I have to return it because it’s missing a piece, and it has too many pieces to put together. I need something that could be put together in less than 2 minutes. Technically it’s portable but that mat doesn’t fit in the bag, and no one is going to be willing to pack and unpack this thing everyday. So I took off 2 stars. If that isn’t an issue for you. Buy it

For the listed price of $89.99 this really does give you your money's worth.It comes with a nice playmat, ocean balls for your kids to play with, and a bunch of storage bags (for storing this away; for storing away toys, etc.). I'm not really planning on using the storage bags for the toys but the storage bag for the playpen is nice.That said - this isn't the type of playpen you set up and then put away everyday. Think of having this set up in a section of your house you don't mind it being in for a while. If you're looking for one that folds up easily (like a pack-n-play style) look elsewhere. Otherwise this gives you a lot of bang for buck and you'll be happy.
