Loved these mugs. Ordered multiple sets, in varying sizes. They look great and hold the heat well UNTIL the plug (on the bottom of the mugs) pops out. First time around I blamed it on the dishwasher heat, so I started handwashing. Three mugs so far have lost this seal at the bottom, causing the vacuum to go - this makes them ineffecive at holding heat, and they are litearlly impossible to keep appearing clean once humidity or water from washing gets inside.I am very sad - these are great until that seal is lost, and of course its going to happen after the short 30 day warranty which is likely why these aren't warrantied longer.

We love to use double-walled mugs for their ability to keep our drinks hot longer and their cool looks. We even like to give them as gifts. We can microwave them and put them in the dishwasher too. These particular mugs have a wider base which keeps them from tipping over as easy as the others. You will have to be more gentle with all double-walled mugs because they are certainly more fragile than ceramic ones but, with care, ours have lasted for years.

These double walled mugs do the job. I am hand washing them. They insulate very well. They're the perfect size to get three of the long pulls from the Nespresso pods plus a bit of cream. Recommended.

My hubby and I were not enjoying the altered flavor of our coffee after awhile of using stainless mugs. At first they are fine but the coffee flavor doesn’t stay pure after months of using. We tried several brands. Finally decided to give these double walled glass mugs a try. The do not keep the temperature as long as stainless double walled, but they definitely do keep warmer than traditional coffee mug and the coffee flavor stays unchanged!

We have used double glass cups for a long time. We used to get BTaT cups until recently. The quality has dropped to the point where we would buy four and within two months they are all broken. So, we decided to try a new brand. We got some Bnunwish and really like the larger handles. But, as many of the reviews say, within a month or two of purchasing these cups got water inside. Definitely, these should be hand-washed. They don't do well in the dishwasher. There is a small glass plug in the bottom that eventually falls off and allows water to get inside. We purchased our last batch of four cups on Dec1st, 2023 and we have two left! It is Jan 27, 2024, today, and has been two days since the second cup got water in it. The first one got water about three weeks ago. I stupidly threw it away. I think that they should be replaced. I am going to try putting a sealer over the little glass tab on the bottom of the cup. If it works, I'll let you all know what and how I did it!Update - Feb 5th, 2023 - I did put a sealer over the tab on the bottom of the remaining cups. It works for as long as the sealer stays on. The sealer I used was Bondic and eventually, it falls off and water gets into the cups. All of the four cups we purchased now have water in them! I am going to call and see if they will replace them. This is such a bummer! We really love how the double-walled glass cups keep our coffee hot and we like the look, too. I wish that someone would make these so they would last more than a few weeks.

Mugs are crystal clear and just the size I wanted; haven't tried their ability to insulate either hot or cold, yet. Will update after I use them for a while.When I opened the package, they were very well wrapped and cushioned, *BUT* the little spoons were missing. I wasn't particularly excited to get them (I would have liked a cover for the mugs instead.), but since they *were* supposed to included in the price, I feel a little cheated. But I'm not sending them back as an incomplete order -- too much trouble.Now, if they'd sent the spoons *without* the mugs, then we'd have an issue! 😉
