My first order was not the best. The warmer was not a success! But thank you to customer service for reaching out to me and resolving the issue. Customer service made it better and the accommodation they were willing to take, goes beyond me. Thank you! I got another warmer and it worked much better than the first.

This is the only bottle warmer I’ve tried and it does warm up the bottle without a problem BUT for a 3.5 oz refrigerated milk bottle it takes 6 minutes for it too just not be cold, not warm but just not cold, I feel it’s too long especially with a hungry crying baby

We were originally using a store brand bottle warmer and it would sometimes work and sometimes the milk would be too cold. I bought this bottle warmer based on other reviews and it worked great. After about 4 months of use, it would start to shut off and we had to go back to the other warmer which was terrible. I reached out to the company and they gave me suggestions to see if I could get the warmer to work again. Unfortunately those suggestions did not work and they ended up sending a new warmer. Now we are back to being able to effectively hear our LO’s bottles! Their costumer service was extremely helpful to work with!!

Our first bottle warmer broke ( probably due to it not having a cover). Stumbled across this one and bought it! Absolutely love it! Very easy to set up and travel with. Comes with a cover so water doesn't splash around. The best part...it fits nano bebe bottles!!

This should have been one of the first things we purchased while still pregnant. It’s convenient, fast, easy to use and works well. It’s important to get milk heated up fast before baby gets lost in the cries, and this helps avoid that frustration. It’s been great for travel use as well. I would recommend this to all new parents.

This is a great bottle, warmer, on the fast setting you can choose the timing like to warm your bottle and get results each time. The only issue is if you have a tall bottle, the lid will not fit while you warm it.

I'm a new grandma and want to make it as easy as possible for my daughter to bring my grandson over without hauling a ton of baby gear. The first time she came over and needed to heat a bottle we had to set it in a bowl of hot water and that was not acceptable to me! This is the bottle warmer she has so I immediately ordered it. The warmer is easy to use and heats pretty fast. I've only used the fast setting which takes 4 minutes. I let the bottle set in it for another minute and it's perfect.
