Our baby loves it! However, the programmed lullabies are only Christmas tunes, which is a bit strange. Otherwise, great product!

I bought this for my granddaughter. They had another swing type but she didn't love it.She loves the back and forth movement when you hold her and this had the option. (Instead of front and back, she likes side to side)It is lightweight, and has 3 sitting positions which sold me also. With her being 3 months, she likes to sit up more now.It has blue tooth for your phone, music, and a visor if you take it outside.We were very impressed with this pick!

Value is great! Multiple settings for speed, very quiet . My only suggestion would be for there to be a pocket on the backside to store the power cord and remote. Can’t wait to use it for my baby

I was so looking forward to receiving this baby swing! However I am deeply disappointed! While putting it together I noticed that the quality was lacking. The snap in place pieces for the seat do not secure properly and are very weak. Once I got it all together, and plugged it in it didn't even work. It keeps shutting off and the rocking motion barely moves! Please don't waste your time with this product! I am returning and searching for a new baby swing.

One of the legs doesn’t snap on all the way on the one I received and it feels cheap. The speaker quality isn’t great but it’s fine for playing white noise and quiet lullabies.Positives are that the swinging action is smooth and it does work as advertised. The seat portion seems soft and secure. Over all, not a bad product.EDIT: Wow, blown away by the customer service. Upon bringing the bad leg to their attention, they immediately sent me a new swing without the hassle of having to pack the old one up and ship it back. I feel heard as a customer. New swing feels much better.
