The product is great and the customer service is amazing. I bought this back in I think Nov of 2023 and used it from 1-3 times a day, everyday. The size is great and it does a good job. About Nov of 2024 the heating element went out so it couldnt sterilize, dry or thaw. Making it pretty useless. I contacted the company in Jan 2025 to see if I there was anyway to repair it or get a new part for it. They responded immediately and said they'd send a new one. I told them the order number was kind old but as soon as I gave it to them they shipped a new one. I had it in 3 days.I'm a happy customer.

Dries and sanitizes well, does what it’s intended to do. Only 2 things I would say is that the power bottom takes a bit to work you need to press on it a bit to hear the beep and if you add more water than needed it takes a bit longer for everything to dry. Other than that it’s a great product, I use it for my son’s bottles, sippy cups & mouth toys.

Item is so great. The seamless dry and sanitizing feature is helpful for our baby life. When it was passed almost 8 months from we purchased, it sometimes happened shut-off trouble. But the customer support representative, Anja was helping and shipped us the new one to replace it, promptly. I have no other choice but to give the full star review. Appreciated it.

I already have a 5 bottle LAREX sterilizer and dryer but we needed a bigger one for all the pump parts and additional bottles so that we can wash the bottles just once/twice a day. This is a perfect sterilizer because it has large compartments in which you can utilize the entire space, you can in fact fit in more bottles or pump parts if you adjust the parts carefully. I like the top rack design for the 5 bottle sterilizer even more but the holes in this one are also not bad. I have tried various machines like MomCozy, Baby Breeza etc. but I found that Larex is more functional than other brands because of the open design of the racks which do not trap water so drying is effective.It is quick and easy to clean.

Update: I'm impressed! The seller reached out to me right away and fixed the issue quickly. They even sent a brand new sterilizer! Their customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend this seller for their great product, amazing service, and excellent support.I really wanted to like this product, it has ample space to fit several bottles and pump parts at the same time. It was working fine for first few days. Took almost an hour for sterilization and drying. However, after first week it started to switch off on its own in the middle of the process without finishing the cycle, so irritating it keeps happening

I ordered this on Dec 9th of last year. It has worked great with no issues. It was very easy to use and the only issue was the heat stopped working.I contacted customer service and Amazon got me in contact with the seller. They sent a new one IMMEDIATELY and got it to me in two days. Definitely recommend this company.

I got this sterilizer when my son was first born and he was going through so many bottles at a time because he was so hungry! This particular sterilizer is not only gives an extremely thorough clean and easy to use but also unlike other sterilizers it can fit more bottles which really comes in handy. Any concerns or questions I had the customer service rep for this product was extremely helpful and prompt with response, so I can definitely say 5 stars without a doubt!
