I love the multi functionality of this. It’s not really heavy and this size is perfect for on the go. You can use it at the cafe or at work. Good build quality.

Wrist rest is hard and uncomfortable. The angles are super sharp and it feels cheap. Very disappointed with the quality and the design of the product.

I got this because I had a plastic version that the adjustable tray popped into hinges and the hinges broke. It was also uncomfortable because I'm plus size so the way it rested in my lap caused the plastic edges past the padding to dig into my knees and leave marks. I'm so glad to find one that is all fabric and that has more rounded out corners so it is a million times more comfortable. The part of the tray where it is attached is sewn on so it won't break like the last one. It is sturdy enough for my large heavy laptop. It doesn't wobble or slide down my lap. The front pad meant to block the laptop from sliding towards you does block my speakers but I can just set my laptop on top of it instead and it doesn't budge from that position.

I don't know really what to say about this desk. It does the job... I can use it to work with my laptop on the couch or even to prop up my iPad while I'm reading (more ergonomically friendly!), but it's big and bulky and I'm not convinced it wouldn't fall apart if I used it more. The cushion base is nice, but it also doesn't mold to your lap, so it doesn't feel stable. The angle of the platform you'd put your laptop (or tablet) on is adjustable, but only has 3 levels. There is a little side pocket that you can put things in, but it's shallow and has minimal utility. The desk opens so you can put papers or maybe a tablet or thin laptop inside, but it's not really practical to carry around or use as a briefcase. And lastly, the fact that it is kind of bulky makes it a little difficult to store if you don't have much space. So I think this is useful, but I am not sure if I'd pick this particular desk again.

I've gotten so many expensive, overcomplicated bed desks for my gaming laptop over the years. They always end up being unsteady and inconvenient. This was only $40 and it's easily the most comfortable, compact, STEADY and functional laptop stands I've ever used for this particular need (comfy PC gaming in bed).

can use with ipad by itself as well as with a keyboard. It is comfortable to use. Can sit cross legged, in bed, on couch. The side pocket is really too small for any cell phone, but over all, i love this product. It also collapses and not bulky, but can expand as you see fit.

My darling wife began pursuing higher education earlier this year, and this year all of her classes are online. Rather than sitting at a computer desk all day, she spends much of her time on the comfy couch with her laptop. Hey! How about getting something like this product to make her even more comfortable. She likes it and says it is nice. I see her actually using it, and if she didn't like it, believe me, I would hear about it. At the very least I would see her NOT using it, and this product would be on the floor collecting dust. The only bad thing she said about this, is regarding the cell phone pocket. It does not fit her cell phone. I tried it with my phone, and it did not fit mine either. Keep in mind, both of our phones are in cases to protect our investments (cell phones are expensive and easily dropped). So, if you don't have a case on your phone, or maybe if you take the time to stretch out the pocket, it might work. She told me to give this laptop pillow thingy four stars. As I wrote this review, I took a picture of the inside of this laptop lap pillow thing and decided to take a picture of the inside to show what look like storage compartments. There is velcro to hold it closed and secure, and there is even a zipper, so maybe you can store papers or folders inside as well. I see that it is pretty light weight, but honestly, it doesn't seem like an overly sturdy construction to me. If this were airline luggage, I would tell you to shop around, but for propping up your laptop while you are sitting on the couch trying to study while your golden retrieve is pawing at you for attention, then the construction of this product is plenty adequate for normal use. Nice color and the finish feels like suede.

I've tried different models of laptop lapdesks, and although far from perfect, this is the best design I’ve found. That said, improvements can be made…- It has a zippered area to store your laptop and a handle for using the desk as a carrier. Other parts have velcro to keep things from flapping around when used as a carrying case.
- When used as a lap desk, the flaps where the laptop rests can be adjusted to different angles. The angles shift the screen quite high so you must sit up to use the desk comfortably. It's an excellent way to force better laptop-in-bed ergonomics, but the angles raise the entire laptop to an uncomfortable viewing height.- The phone holder is a great touch but relatively small; it's a snug fit for my iPhone 15 with a slim wallet case.- The surface for the laptop could pose problems with laptops larger than advertised; I don't see this working well with large laptops because there’s little clearance on either side where my 14” MBP sits on top. A larger laptop could sit fine on the surface but may not fit within the zipper pocket area.
- There is NO way to use a mouse or have other peripherals on the desk with my MBP 14”, so I’m unsure why the listing advertises you can use a mouse with a 14” laptop.- The “wrist support” is nil because the laptop edge rests on the wrist holder area, forcing you to reach to type at the high-angled keyboard.- The material is not as plush as the photos make it look. It feels more like faux-suede, a little more rough than plush. The whole desk is also quite firm, so it’s not pillowy by any standard. The solid form keeps things upright, but I wouldn’t throw this at anyone for fear of injury: It’s not “Nerf” material and not soft by any means.I appreciate the design compared to other types of lap desks—mostly due to the compact nature and the carrying case features—but this brand has room to improve. I’d recommend an even softer material or adding pillowy material to help cushion the firm frame, especially the base.

I work from home a lot and got tired of awkwardly balancing my laptop on my bed. The Lap Desk has made working from bed so much easier. The adjustable stand allows me to set my laptop at the perfect angle, which has improved my posture and productivity. It’s also great for entertainment—watching movies feels like having a mini theater right in bed! The cushioned pillow base is incredibly comfortable for long use. Plus, the zipper pocket makes it perfect for travel; I can fit my laptop, charger, and even small accessories in one compact setup.Whether for work, leisure, or on the go, this lap desk is a game-changer. Highly recommend it for a cozier, more ergonomic laptop experience!

This is a great lightweight adjustable laptop lap desk for those that like to work or watch videos on their devices in the couch or bed! Love that it is adjustable and has three angle adjustments. It also is very comfortable to have on your lap for hours while sitting on your sofa or bed as it has a soft plush cushion underneath and also has good air flow! The surface of this lap desk fits a big and hefty Mac Book Pro 13 inch Laptop and is also sturdy on all angles and doesn't slide off! It also perfectly fits an iPad and Switch on the surface too! Also like how it has a pocket on the side to fit your phone in and that this laptop lap desk also can act as a laptop bag too and store your laptop/device in and take this lap desk with you on the go!
