Works great, easy to setup and use. Great price. The blue lights are nice to look at. Very quiet. Laptop fits very nicely on it. The height adjustments makes it more comfortable to use the laptop. Great quality. It cools the laptop quite nicely.

I honestly didn't believe their claim, that it is silent. Yet it is. It is also as light a they claimed. There is hardly an weight to it at all. I was amazed that their claims were true. It is also very sturdy and does the job. Definitely recommend.

I have a new Dell Inspiron and it runs really hot most of the time I am using it. I bought this cooling pad and it works really well and fast bust it is a little on the noisy side.

Pros: The cooling fans work great and the thinness of it allows for great travel capacity. The phone holder is nice along with the USB port.Cons: I find the width of this one falls a bit short for a standard laptop. Also, when placed upon it, the laptop slides a bit...there is not much of a grip on the surface of this which may cause the laptop to slide, along w/the plastic "lip" on the bottom edge also is short and a bit bit flimsy which may cause the laptop to slide down and crash onto the floor, etc if the back bar is raised too high. So I suggest for those to take precautions. I usually keep my cooling fan mat tables flat and at an even level height, so I normally don't have those issues with the laptop sliding around or down. It would help if the manufacturer would fix the issue by adding more of a grip to the surface along with a better holder on the edge to prevent this from happening.Aside from that, the thinness of this model is great for travel and if you don't raise the back bar like me, it should be fine. You can also place a "grip" on top of it yourself, (rug grip, etc) which might prevent the laptop from sliding around.

I ordered this item this morning, December 29, 2024 at approximately 6:30ish am & received it before 9:00am (granted, I had to add another small eligible item to my cart in order to get same day delivery...but the cats didn't mind getting more treats lol)We hooked the cooling fan up to the laptop immediately; it seriously couldn't be easier to do. Open the box, untie the USB cord, plug one end into your laptop & the other end into the cooling unit & you're done!! My husband's laptop, although fairly expensive & works wonderfully, gets very, very hot at times, especially when he/we are playing games on it, which we like to do in our spare time. There have actually been a few times that we were afraid the laptop was going to catch fire... that's how hot it would get. We were in the middle of playing one of our games when the cooling fan arrived so the laptop was already pretty warm at that point; after booking it up & setting the laptop on top, we noticed a 100% improvement within 2-3 minutes. No lie.Granted, we just got it & this is our first 15ish minutes with it but so far, we're both impressed! Very lightweight, sleek, doesn't take up too much space, easy to use, works great. A+++ in our opinion :)

I was considering buying a new laptop because it was getting hot on the bottom. I tried this laptop fan and I am now a "FAN!" I no longer have an issue with a hot computer and my laptop isn't lagging. Good quality, little noise, works well.

Excellent product!!! Works very well!!My computer fan broke. So I don't need to buy another computer ou fix that, I just use this cooler and it is better and enough to cool my computer. It's silent and strong product. I recommended. It's discreet and beautiful. My colleagues think, that is a modern and technological accessory for smart people.

I bought this is July and in late September the flip open lip tab that keeps the laptop on the cooling surface snapped off. There is no way to glue it back into place. The product still works but the helpful lip... R.I.P.. The flip out phone holder only works if your phone is case free. Last it's just barely a fit for my Dell vostro 15".3 stars because it does work, it's silent, the lights are cool so I feel cool, and it's lightweight.
