I ordered that device for my wife. According to the manual I charged it to 100%.Next step, tried to connect to my Network, it failed. The error message: authorization problem. I tried it in a friend's house. Same problem. Then we took it to a third place. Same error. So we returned it and ordered the exact same type. Make it short, everywhere the same problem. So I cannot say how it works, because it doesn't work.Now I'll send it back and choose another brand.I tried it in a friend of mine

I specifically bought this product cause it advertised offline translations. Turns out the language I needed does not work with offline translations.

The website says that it will translate English to Cantonese to English. The translation is not accurate at all. I was trying to say Hello to my Grandmother. It translated into calling her a Horse. Really!?Another translate said I wanted to asked her out for a date. Really????It's so far off it doesn't work at all for Cantonese. It did translate Mandarin ok, but she doesn't speak Mandarin. I'm Sending it back just a few minutes after it arrived.I have native Cantonese and Mandarin and English speakers in my household. They all had a great laugh at the way this so called translator works.Google translate on my phone works better than this does, but it requires an online connection. Which is not always available in Hong Kong or China. That was why I bought this, because it says it would translate off line. It does NOT.

This device is unbelievable. Communication at my job(warehouse) has completely changed for the better 100%! Words don’t even scratch the surface, on the how this product has improved the quality of work,relationships & even the learning between cultures. Hands down ;the best product ,the best quality and price. Easy to use. Loud and clear. Off line & online capability. But around the machines @ the warehouse, using the offline technology is perfect. I love it and I know that you will too.
