I had high hopes. They are large, attractive and just what I was looking for to replace worn and stained kitchen towels. I expected a breaking-in period, but after nearly a year and many, many washings, they are still not absorbent. They smear water rather than absorb it on the first pass. I had hoped for better.

I washed them when they arrived and they are very sturdy. These are my new towels, all the old ones I had are in the rag box. Awesome.

These are great! Finally a linen towel that is absorbent and not just smear water around. Good size which helps with drying our larger pots and platters!

I ordered these to have a festive decoration for Christmas, but we will probably use year round, too. Pretty herringbone woven design. Easy to wash. Good absorbency.

Both colorways in this set of towels look great. The towels are absorbent and dry quickly, great for the kitchen use they're made for. They feel great to use - soft but not too plush, and they don't shed lint. Well worth it - you can get towels for less but you get what you pay for and I think you'd love these.
