Bought this to try in place of another type of stand I purchased in the past and it was a great choice. The 2 little ropes is a great addition to get my tablet easy and quick compared to fighting to hold the clips open on my old stand. It holds my tablet perfect, the height adjusts in 3 areas (I'm 6'2) and I've had it at eye level. It's great for my tablet when I need an extra screen at my desktop for my desktop or low when I'm on the couch. only issue to be cautious with is any user error if you don't balance the weight properly. Overall definitely recommend 👍🏽

Very convenient to set up & tear down; holder is big enough for an iPad - just what I needed. Remote is an added bonus.

Been looking for a floor stand for my tablet for a while now. Needed one to hold my tablet at my art table with my reference photos while painting. This stand is great. Adjustable height. Easy to place tablet in grips and holds my Pixel Tablet with no sagging or slip.Only thing to warn about is to be sure you put the tripod feet out to their full length or the stand can be slightly top heavy.Other than that I am very happy with this stand.

Very light weight, but sturdy enough to hold my iPad in either landscape or portrait, and not tip over. Easy to set up and the flip switch to adjust height is quick and easy. Love it. Would buy again.

Perfectly and securely holds my Amazon Fire 10" tablet and my Galaxy A32 5G phone. Easy to make shorter or taller. Light enough to carry from room to room, yet doesn't tip over. I love the blue tooth shutter for taking pictures; works quite a distance from camera location.

I take this tripod with me everywhere. It’s portable and compact, it also works for my iPhone and iPad Pro. I use this to film and edit my content videos. It also makes a great stand to hold your tablet so it can be watched like a TV. It can be setup as a tabletop or tall tripod and is very stable and sturdy. It also allows for you to swivel from portrait to landscape mode. Definitely worth the money.

I got almost 3 years out of my last stand, a more 'normal' style than this one with screw in knobs. I had to replace all the knobs on that one at least once after they stripped out but in the end it was just beginning to lean and seemed to come loose at every joint. So when I went looking for a replacement I came upon this one. Two things that drew me to it were the height clamps style (vs screw knobs) and also the 'head' at the top that holds the tablet clamp looks a lot more sturdy. Last, the tablet clamp style was different as well and holds the tablet on the sides (or top and bottom) vs the corner clamping that the last one had.Right out of the box the build quality seemed really good especially for something that is SO lightweight and folds up very small. I love the clamps for height adjustment as they are much faster and easier to operate than the screw in type. I also much prefer the side/top-bottom tablet holder and the beefier tablet clamp post. The one thing I don't know about is how long it will stand up to the rigors of performance. We play about 150 shows a year so we'll see. I'll report back if I have any issues but for now right out of the box (and used at one show already) it works well and is a definite improvement over the last stand I bought. I did not try the little phone/camera shutter remote that came with it as I'll almost surely never need/use that.If there is one possible downside to the lightweight is that with the tablet attached the stand is not rock-solid. It holds my mid-size Samsung Galaxy tablet fairly well but a full size tablet might be a bit much for it. It probably wouldn't take a lot of contact to knock it over but that's a tradeoff with the extreme lightweight build. Since we are just an acoustic duo with one guitar and two vocalist that plays in assisted living type places almost exclusively with little traffic around us, stability is less of an issue than lightweight and portability.

I took a gamble and purchased this stand with an attachable tray in hopes it would hold a 15.6" portable monitor and Mac Mini ... and it exceeded my expectations to now being used for all kinds of purposes.Impressed that it's really lightweight when in carry mode - yet when in stand mode, its incredibly stable - this thing ain't moving! on top of the stability its also very flexible yet super firm, no flimsy joints - mind blown.Bonus being that it firmly grips a 15.6" portable monitor - so im using for working, gaming and watching Apple TV while laying in bed.Regret not thinking to get this sooner.
