I was able to go up and down hills, creeks, rocky trails, woods with ease. The weather was freezing, and I was able to keep my toes warm with proper socks. Great price. What more could you ask for? Best rubber boots for the money.

These boots are worth the price. We wear these everyday around the farm and manure. Very comfortable, easy to put on and take off, easy to clean and very durable and good traction. Only down call we have seen is cow manure and wearing them 15 plus hours a day makes them only last 6 months but they are absolutely still worth buying every 6 months for us

A little hard to get on. Make sure you wear socks when putting on. Very comfortable. They definitely won’t get putted off you feet easily. I have a feeling the bottom tread will wear fast.

I have used them on multiple excursions, these boots are very comfortable flexible and light weight. These boots are great for wading through deep water (~17") without getting wet.

I am a forester so I spend a lot if time in the woods hiking in various terrain and wetlands so having the right footwear is extremely important. Lacrosse Grange is my go to boot for hiking around. This is my 5th pair and I am fiercely loyal to this brand. Yes, if you wear them every 8 hours a day they will wear out eventually. I must say I wear the tread off of them before they have a hole poked in them. To me, that's all you can ask of a rubber boot. I wear them all summer even in dry conditions because they are that comfortable and lightweight. I am a woman who wears 9.5 in womens boots but the, 7 in mens, fits great. I have thick calves and these are snug but with still enough room to tuck my pants in. I wear these with my pants tucked in to keep the ticks out. They work great for that! My calves are a bit short for the 18" but I roll down the top two inches and they still fit great. I have never found a more comfortable uninsulated rubber boot and I can't say enough good things about this boot. As woman I never found a ladies rubber boot that even comes close for hiking around. Most of the time ladies rubber boots are floppy and loose around the ankle. These are very snug around the ankle and give a minimal amount of ankle support. They can be a bit hard to take off especially if your feet are a bit sweaty. I see this as a small price to pay for being so snug around the ankle. If you are a person who has a hard time bending over this could present a problem for you. The only small con is that they offer little arch support. I usually use a good Dr. Scholl's insert and it offers the arch support I need. I wear these all spring, summer and into the fall until it's too cold to wear (I'm in MN). I usually wear a medium to light wool sock and my feet stay pretty comfortable even in the hottest of weather. I highly recommend these boots! Get them you will not regret it!

Boots made of soft rubber that rise to just bellow the knee. Snug fit around ankles, but that helps to keep from slogging around when walking.Very comfortable! these boots will do fine for fishing and getting in and out of the boat. Just what I was looking for .

las mejores botas de hule que hay. Muy comodas, con buena traccion. Lo unico que se batalla es para sacarlas pero con un buen boot jack o saca botas se quita este problema.

UPDATE just purchased another pair May 2019I bought these for my significant other because he has been wearing the same size, style, and brand of Rubber boots for the last 35 years. In the last ten years we have bought 3 pair of LaCrosse Grange. We cannot find them in local stores in his size. Seems like the boots last about 2-3 years per pair. He wears them a lot for work and around the house while doing outdoor chores. He said they fit perfectly and inspected them throughly for defects. There is a rubber boot conditioner that we are purchasing this time to see if that helps with the life of the boot. Time will tell. The boots are snug when he first puts them on but after a few weeks they loosen up to where they are really perfectly fit.Last bit of advice. Register your product! Just Incase of defects after you have wore for a bit. It just takes a minute or two and can save you if there happens to be an issue.Review from Oct 2016 purchaseLaCrosse makes a good boot and I already have owned several pairs of these boots so I knew exactly what size to order without hesitation. The last pair I had only lasted about 2 years before needing replaced due to tears/ripping in the creases or seams of the boots but I expect it was from the amount of time I used the product. I wear these almost everyday for work or gardening and they do see a lot of use.The boots are tall enough that I can clean ditches and not get wet feet, they are comfortable and slip on easily.

I purchased these boots about 8 years ago and have finally worn them out. I work in the garden year round almost every day and I have put them through some pretty rough treatment. They've finally cracked all the way through at the back of the ankles. I've duct taped them over and over but it's time to get another pair. What I love about them is because of the tight ankle fit they never slip off so I've never felt unsure or wobbly in them. The foot treads are sturdy so I can wear them for 8 hours continually and my feet won't hurt or feel tired when I take them off. I even wore them on a ship once and I had to jump on deck from the dock platform. I felt very sure footed and confident. They don't come in ladies sizes though (bummer! I have a very narrow foot and wear a 6 1/2 to maybe a size 7 shoe (depending on the maker If you have a foot size similar to mine, buy the men's size 5 boot. It will fit you perfectly. I am looking forward to the next 8 years in my new boots, (or longer if I take better care of them.)I will say that because of the tight ankle fit, that is probably why they cracked at seam at the back of the ankles. I used to step on the back of each heel to be able to get them off, not recommended. I would suggest purchasing a boot jack to get them off because after a long day, your feet might get sweaty and they can be a little difficult to get off. If I could justify spending $400 on a pair of Le Chameau Chasseur boots with the full length zipper, I'd buy those in a heartbeat, but I've got better things to do with my money and anyway, these Le Crosse boots have never let me down.UPDATE February 26, 2017. Okay, I am ready to order another pair. The previous ones lasted almost exactly two years. The exterior is fine except for some minor cracks in the rubber. The cracks haven't gone all the way thru but I notice the lining on the inside of one boot near my ankle has worn away completely so even with socks, I am starting to get a blister. I have put these boots thru so much wear and tear and I am sure they would have lasted longer if I'd taken better care of them. I still really love these boots.
