I keep this ball under my desk and handy to roll my feet on a regular basis. Tough and easy to clean. Does a great job

I hurt my back and my Physical Therapist recommended this ball so I can roll it between my shoulder/back area and the wall. I control how deep the pressure is and it's supposed to hurt just a bit. So far, the pain and problem is much better so this was good advice. Plus, on the corny side, it's a pretty color. So, I highly recommend it.

I lean with this between a wall and the ROCKS that seem to make up my upper back. It’s easy to find those magic spots that instantly relieve painful spasms.It has very little give (in a good way) but is rubber which gives it a nice soft surface that helps keep it from sliding.Really helps get me through the workday sometimes and it’s just as little ball that fits in your bag or even a pocket.And it’s a cute design :)

This is a Colorful Lacrosse Ball with a rubber putter layer. I use it for messaging my feet for my Plantar fasciitis and it helps. It is a great Lacrosse ball too. a family member plays lacrosse and when he comes overs uses my Lacrosse ball and said it's a good quality ball.

I use this ball for hand, wrist and forearm strength training. Works well for that. It is pure rubber, rather hard, can bounce high if you want to use it as a toy. strange smell but not bad. glad I have it, a good deal for the price.

Like many others, I bought for plantar fasciitis and not lacrosse. I've been using for 3 months now and it works great, will last forever at this rate. This is actually my second lacrosse ball that I use at work sitting at my desk. No smell issues at all for me. I've never washed it and leave it on the floor/desk when not using.

I love this ball. My rib has been misaligned and this works great on my shoulder and back rib surrounding muscles and joints. Really helps with the pain. I would have given this 5 stars, BUT it looks nothing like the picture and smells like strong paint. Other than that I’m very happy with my purchase.

Nice study lacrosse ball that I use for mobility work in my elbows, knees, and shoulders. High frequency of training in a powerlifting style has left some residual issues near my joints that can't be fully reached via foam rolling. I was told to try a lacrosse ball and use it to reduce the level of stress I get from my tennis elbow as well as my rotator cuff issues. After using the ball, I feel much less tension and am able to perform my lifts with a less degree of stress and strain that should reduce my chances of suffering another injury.
