I feel good about this product. I might have got a bad one I'm not sure. I went to plug in the bottom round piece to install the TCS plug in and when I slid the round part into place, I pressed in to lock it in and 1 of the plastic tabs broke. I'm trying to get in contact with the company to see if they will resend me a new 1. I will update after I find out what is next.
