The first thing I noticed about this label maker is that the back panel is perpetually loose and wiggly. I've re-seated it multiple times and it seems that this is just how it is. The machine works fine and offers many label options, most of which I don't actually need at this point. However, I set the label width to the narrowest margins, but nonetheless, every label comes out with almost an inch of of blank space on the left side. This is annoying and wasteful. The first couple of labels printed turned out with some white lines through the text, but that seems to have resolved itself.

TLDR - Does what it is supposed to and I like it, but it does have a few annoyances I'd like to see fixed in a newer model.- Print quality is decent for average home and office use.- settings and menu navigation can be difficult and buried, have to dig to find anything out of the ordinary.- again might be a hidden setting I haven't located, but the labels default is very wasteful on tape. A good half inch on each end of the label has to be trimmed off each print- tape jams often, but easy to fix. I notice jams most frequently after device sits unused for more then a day which is odd.- it takes a whopping 6 AAA batteries. I wonder if it could've been reduced to half that AA, can be annoying to sort out which AAA went bad or needs replacement. All on all, even though it has some downsides I'm still happy with it, it's compact enough and does it's job.
