Weighing in at 2lb 8oz dry, these boots are great for travelling. They have sturdy soles which have locations for screw in cleats. They also have drain holes in the inseams so are free draining. They have good ankle support which is most important on uneven rocky bottoms to ensure you do not go over on your ankles and injure yourself. The lacing is different to what I am used to, however, there was no problem getting these on and off. They are a nice shade of Khaki with a black trim and red accent on the tongues. They also have a "D" ring to secure your gravel guards. All in all, a good looking pair of boots that offer value for money from Kyle Booker. I chose a size 12 which was just right for me.

These wading boots are the best bang for the buck boots I have purchased so far out of4 different brands I have tried. The tongue is gusseted, the stitching is even and tight, and my favorite feature that is missing from a lot of inexpensive boots in the attachment point on the tongue to secure your waders too. The grip feels nice and they have molded in areas for cleats to be screwed in. The toe and heel is reinforced. They are comfortable and lightweight, pretty awesome boots. Size wise, I went with the size of sneakers I wear and they fit perfectly with my stocking foots on my Kylebooker waders. If you are not wearing these with stocking foot waders then you will have to size down a size. 10/10 would buy again, awesome boots.

Finally got to use the boots on a trip to Colorado. Fished all morning feet stayed nice and dry. felt soles were still a little slippery on some rocks. Ordered a size up to accommodate the wader booty. Happy with purchase.

Definitely a great upgrade from the previous version. Chose the felt sole, they are well-built with durable material, lightweight while wading in water. Great traction with slippery rocks and expecially on the snowy days. Ordered 1 Size above my regular shoes that offers plenty room for neoprene socks. It would be nice to have the 9.5 size option. Can't go wrong with these wading boots with good quality under $100.

This is the second pair of wading boots I bought from Kylebooker. When I picked up the delivered box in the front of the door, I felt there was nothing in the box. But after I opened the box, I saw one pair of brand-new boots in it. The new boots are very light. The light boots really can help you wade longer time in the river. Compared to the previous style, the new boots have reinforced toe and heel design which can give you better protection for your foot. The most useful feature of the boots is the non-slip felt bottom along with the recessed studs. To me they are double protection for wading in the rocky or muddy river. The safety is always the priority for fishing. When you are wading in the rapid rivers, you definitely need them. Strongly recommend!
