Fit my 2005 Matrix XRS (fwd) on top of my kyb struts on the rear of my car. This kyb mount kit is made in india if that matters ti anyone. Fit perfect - no squeeks to speak of yet. I'll update this review if a problem creeps up!!

Had to buy this to replace a mount that was installed that failed and turned inside out. The washer was missing from the original install so I needed the new bushing and washer to fix the damaged one. Didn't need to remove the shock on my car (using all KYB components) to get to the top bushing. If I needed to replace the bushing with the shaft attached, the whole assembly would have needed to come out. I heard a knock in the trunk and I took time to chase it down. If I hadn't, I don't know what the shock tower would have looked like from the top nut slamming down on it on every rebound of the tire. Taking a star off because I'm not sure if the bushings are bad quality or the installation was the main driver of the issue I had. Time will tell after going 90k+ on OE equipment and then about 1500 miles on KYB aftermarket.

Perfect replacement for rear strut top mount bushings and washers. They seem to be just as good as the stock material used on the 2005 Toyota Corolla. Definitely get them if you are doing the rear struts as they are cheap improvements over old worn stock rubber bushings.

The KYB web site said this would work with a 2004 Prius rear shocks. The parts are all the same diameter as as OEM Prius parts, but the rubber ring with the metal tube in the middle (bottom left in picture) is much taller than OEM. It's so tall that I could not get the nut on the end of the strut, so I had to reuse the OEM parts.Quality of these parts also seems iffy in that the hole in the center of the completely rubber part (bottom right) was drilled slightly off center.

These are OE replacements that fit the car correctly.Easy to install when using the proper tools.I do recommend to use them.

The product is just fine but the image shows this to be a strut mount for the front. The picture is incorrect as part number SM5382 is just a small rubber mount and a spacer for the rear struts.This was no problem for me as I knew what I was getting and the quality of the parts is top notch, but it would be easy for someone to mistake this for the (much) more expensive mount for the front because of the image.

I expected a mount and boot to arrive, what arrived was bushings and a washer for the rear shocks. I did not research on this and Amazon again has the wrong picture depicting the item part number....
