Two shocks went bad purchased them from Amazon KYB will not honor the warranty Amazon will not honor the warranty consumer is stuck without a warranty be very careful when you buy anything on Amazon that shows it has a warranty a class action suit needs to be taken against Amazon for false advertising

The "4" rating is simply about the thickness of the through bolt flange. It is not at thick as OEMs and could possibly cause wear and tear on the shock mounts. They are installed and helped the ride. Both OEMs were shot and could be pulled and compressed by hand. These do appear to be high quality shocks. Great price and much less than the local stores. Thanks Amazon.
