They are comfortable and give sense of security. I use them in High School theater. My ony complaint is there don' have different sizes. Many female students find them too loose.

When I purchased this harness, I thought it might be cheap and wouldn't fit. I was so wrong. This harness is built to last and fits me at 6'2" 250 lbs. with room to spare.Easy on and off, rear safety lanyard is strong and out of the way. Also has D- rings in front for rigging. My only complaint with the harness is the the D-rings at the front shoulder position get in the way into your bicepts when your arms are at or above chest level. The rings dig in to your bicepts because they don't move. Even with the D-ring issue, I would buy this again and again and again. Great product for the price

I purchased this harness to use when working on my steep sloping roof and when washing my solar panels up there. The harness fits well and is easy to put on. It felt good to know that if I slipped or tripped and fell while on the roof I would not fall all the way to the ground, with potential serious injury. I did purchase an inertia locking reel with a recoiling 11 foot line to use with this harness. I attached the reel to a high strength D ring installed on my roof high point by the solar panel installation crew. The 6 foot lanyard on the harness and the 11 foot line in the inertial reel gives me a total of 17 feet of working radius from the D ring. This worked great and I felt totally safe for the first time up high.

I purchased this to work on 2nd story roof. It took several attempts to figure out how to get into the harness, but once in, everything seemed to work. It appears to be well made, and was able to fit me with room to spare. I am 5'11 and 230lbs.While i never fell, i did hang from it for a bit. While working on the fascia board, i next of wasps discovered me and became upset that i was there. I was 25' up on a ladder, hooked to a climbing rope and in a harness, i could not climb down without detaching! So I went as low as possible and actually hung from the harness until I got reinforcements. Neighbors were wondering why i was just hanging there flailing arms, as they could not see the wasps. Eventually a can of raid helped to clear them out. Thanks for a great product!

I just received the harness and have nothing else to compare it to - never owned one before. It appears to be very strong and of good quality. I found it difficult to figure out how to adjust and don it because the instruction sheet is really tiny and the print on it is unreadable - I tried a magnifying glass but the print on it is really small and blurred. So I went on line and viewed a few videos on "donning a safety harness". While they weren't directly related to the product I ordered, I was able to get enough information transfer to figure out how to use mine. So I got the straps adjusted to the correct length and managed to get it to fit. However, it seems a little uncomfortable in the crouch area. No matter how I adjusted it, it seemed to be putting pressure on it - I don't have much confidence that a fall wouldn't be painful to that area. But I won't be wearing the harness for long periods - I just wanted it for specific precarious situations - so it will work for me. I just hope I don't fall.
