I received an opened and resealed with all the packing materials destroyed. I think the insides look okay so far. This is a gift....unfortunate.

This nativity set is beautifully made! The details on each person and animal are exquisite! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were broken off pieces. Joseph's head was completely broken off, the cow's ear was broken off, and the lamb's back leg was broken off. I thought about returning it and getting another one, but what's to say the next set wouldn't have broken pieces as well. I was able to Gorilla glue the pieces back on, and I hope that works! Other than that, I love the set!

If you are past 30 days and need a replacement piece for your Manger .... this company won't help you. They tell you they are wholesale only. This Manger is essentially garbage after a piece breaks.

This was a beautiful nativity set. Unfortunately, it arrived with a return slip stating it had broken pieces. When I opened the box, one of the figuredls had a broken head. Loved the set, but very poor of the vendor to send a broken set out.

After reading the mixed reviews (especially bad ones) I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm very happy to say I received the set a week faster than I was told I would. Also, there was a little styrafoam to clean up but not as much as some people made it out to be. All pieces were packed as good as they could be, and none were broken. This was a gift and I immediately took it to my friend and set it up. Over all I was very happy.

All in all I liked the product as it was very detailed and well done, but one of the pcs arrived broken in a bag. Also, shipping packaging one of the cheapest I've seen. It breaks down as you touch it. I think for the price of this item the quality and presentation could be better.

Got this as a gift and it was really nice. The baby Jesus actually comes out which is something I haven’t seen with other nativities.
