Not perfect but has a decent fit. Holes will need to be drilled in the truck to align with the pre-drilled holes in the roll pan. There are five pre-drilled holes. The middle one lines up with a body plug so I did not use it. Additional holes are needed in the sides of the roll pan and matching holes needed in the rear quarter panels to adequately fasten it in place. I found that the vertical flange was bent too far and needed to be tapped back in place with a hammer. The sides of both the roll pan and the rear fenders needed to be massaged to make it fit (hit those areas with a hammer). The body line of the roll pan is not quite as crisp as those of the truck sides, but that is a very minor quibble. I have some minor rubbing when I open the tailgate. No hardware is included. The included license plate light does not include a connector so I had to remove the electrical connector from one of my old license plate lights and splice it in. The light is a little too bright. Overall installation is moderately difficult. I spent two to three hours with trial fits, hole drilling and final installation.The roll pan is not intended for use with a receiver hitch. I had to cut two vertical slots to accommodate my receiver. Overall, I'm satisfied with the end result.

Not only is it dented on the front, but the metal on the side that lines up with the bed was pushed outward so i had to hammer it in. Also had to bend the mount or the thing wouldnt line up at all. No protection in the box.

The bend for the top mounting tab was to short it didnt allow the side to flush up properly
