Purchased this without looking at the reviews. Big mistake. This is actually not a bad sturdy cargo carrier BUT the inaccurate dimensions are a huge issue. When a customer goes out to buy something and it is not as advertised, I believe they call that false advertising, it is an issue.Real dimensions are as seen below:Width is actually 59" and 5/8ths with the rails (58" usable space/area within the rails),Depth is 19.5" with the rails (17" and 7/8ths usable space/area within the rails),Rail height are 5" and 3/8ths " high

I needed more space for luggage when travelling with family. The size and quality of this item is perfect. I’ve seen reviews on similar items that they are to close to the exhaust and their possessions were burnt because of this. You don’t have to worry with this one. There is plenty of space. Folds up neatly when not in use.

Looks like it will handle the weight as described. Easy to assemble. The missing star is because it’s missing the locking pin for the vehicle hitch. It should include two pins. One for folding and one for the vehicle.

Husband absolutely loves it! The way it tilts up to save space is awesome. It was simple to install, just a little heavy. Quality is great, definitely made well. My husband says it is universal for all our rigs, it is currently on an older Kia shortage.

The item can not be assembled because the manufacturing of the carrier is bad. The "L" brackets are not square with the basket where they are welded together and the mounting holes do not line up. I contacted the manufacture but that sometimes doesn't work out so good.Update: the company sent me a replacement for the defective item. The second carrier was able to be put together, it still was not manufactured correctly. There was a huge gap between the main support tube and the "L" brackets so the bolts under the basket have to warp the metal. This will work for what I need it for but it is not put together like it should be.

We had purchased a different rack and returned it after finding the rack slanted upward in a weird way. This rack is perfectly straight and was a breeze to put together. Well worth the money and much cheaper than others with the same quality.

Easy to assemble, seems to be a solid product. It came with one hitch pin, need 2 one for the hitch and the other for the carrier. Awesome price point!
