When I need to walk into a client’s office with paper files (yes, it’s rare, but some still print) it’s important to me that everything looks professional. Size color and quality is as advertised. It would be better if the plastic was thicker. I am not sure how durable they are. Time will tell.

Used these sturdy, colorful, functional sleeves (multi-color) to keep paperwork and documentation separated by city while on a recent trip. Easy to find in my backpack or suitcase by color for each area we visited. Held tickets, hotel reservation info, travel documents, etc. Good value.

These are good quality thickness and easy to read through the plastic. I can use the darker colors and still see both the type and handwriting through the plastic, which is rare. The edges don't fold easily so they aren't easily bent up and damaged. I have used various versions of these for over 20 years and these are among the best I've ever purchased, definitely for the price. Excellent price for the quantity and color selection.Great for staying organized, and seeing at a glance which client is on the inside. Highly recommend.

I was getting so sick of paperclips getting caught on everything... and I'm not a fan of Staples thanks to a filing injury back in the day. I also had a bad car accident and bending over a file cabinet isn't good for me.I work in purchasing and have lots of paperwork in and out all day. Lots of interruptions, so I take alot of notes.. ext..I keep all the paperwork for the Customer/ Sale in one of these and write the name at the top and I file these vertically in an open top file box.I stagger each letter, so I can find it quickly and remove the folder quickly with no worries about a paperclip pulling out multiple files or getting cut by a staple...I also use Sharpie on these for quick note taking and putting the customer's name on top.The sharpie holds up very well while rubbing again other files and then simply wipes off at the end. I was amazed and now in love.. I need more!Piles on the desk look neat and tidy and you don't have to worry about Staples until the job is billed and filed away.If you deal with alot of paperwork you will love these..TLDR: Great for vertical filing, sharpie stays and wipes clean, great for lots of paperwork, neat stacks on desk!
